I called to express my frustration as my son's ADHD medication is on backorder. The technician Karl answered the phone and was very very rude, so unprofessional and spoke to me with such a disrespect. No matter what the customer is always right! You should be ashamed to have an employee representing your company like that. They have no sympathy and stated it was not their fault that it was on backorder, yes I understand that but at least give a courtesy call and let us know, his comment was "well I can't control what other people do. Really this is horrible customer service. When I asked for his name he spelled it out for me, he had the the I don't care attitude.
