I used to deal with this branch inside Ralph's but apparently the team was changed and new female employees just been transferred in. My son and I opened a business account for almost two years and never had this issue. Today Sat. Aug. 24 2019 I went to this branch to withdraw $2000. After waiting over 15 minutes, the teller did not know how to proceed with the transaction and went to ask her manager if my Canadian ID is acceptable to withdraw fund. Her manager said I have to provide my passport, even though my passport is not in the file when I opened this account with my son who live in LA. I presented my ID that is in the file but apparently this manager did care to decline it for not having my passport. Since we opened this account no one asked me for a passport, I always use the same ID that is in the bank file. It was waste of time for me and on Saturday just before 5 pm I needed the cash to finish up some purchase but because of this manager and her employee I have to wait until Monday where I will be loosing a business deal.
