Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Rental deposit of $200.00 refusal to refund

Many request of refund had been refused by the agent named rey and his manager named eric. They both insisted that the $132.38 they refunded to my bank is the refund of my deposit, I said no it was a refund of over-withdrawal of $132.38 to my bank. I then want to request to you the full amount of my deposit of $200.00 as soon as possible. Thanks!

Federico A Perez Jr, your deposit hold is released on the same day you return the vehicle as long as you've made no changes or additions to your rental while the contract was open. How fast you see it made available to you is determined by your bank or credit card provider. Are you waiting for you deposit to be returned? We're happy to check on the process for you.
