This is Regus at 1902 Wright Place, Suite 200, Carlsbad CA 92008
Initial charge was authorized at $98 - supposed to be 6 months virtual mailbox only for $2 per day ($62 monthly)

Asked for refund of duplicate /unauthorized charges on 5/14, 5/17 and at least 10 times since.
Then, billed for $233, then $266 on May 31 (for NOTHING!) And of course, they already have ALL money for all 6 months, if you tally it up.
On June 1, 2021 demanded entire account(s) be CANCELED AND VOIDED.
They've added services I refused to sign up for and verbally told manager face to face that I did not want/need. Over the phone, she acknowledged it, but nothing but nothing motivated her to refund my money.
They refuse to do it. Sent some [censored] 'refund' document that didn't result in any actual REFUND in my bank account.
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND, CANCEL ACCOUNT, NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
