I waited 1 12 hour. From 7 _ 8:30 pm Monday 16 2021. When they finally pick the phone up he harshly said hurry up and I gave him the no. To the prescription (s). Had to wait in between each prescriptions for him to say next with a huff. Then I ask could he tell me again which ones I had to call the doctor for with great hesatant and a huff I couldn't understand him he paused so many times an when he spoke it was fast.I ask him to slow down then.because I am 71yr.old an can't right it down that fast. Needless to say because I couldn't understand him I was not able to write It down. So I ask him why it took so long to answer the phone. He said with a huff an seem like he wanted to just get of the phone, I was talking an then it sounded if nobody was there for a little bit. I said hello are you there few seconds more an then he just said they were having a lot of people coming in for shots in long lines that they were full.I told him I would be in before 12noon Tuesday August 17, 2021. An he just hung up the phone. I have been very patient with them an this hasn't been the first or second its happen several times to me.an never said a word till now and I had it with this group.
Desired outcome: Hopefully it will be corrected an they will be more pleasant an understanding an give you answers to your questions.
