US Water review: Florida

I have a water issue from us water. They are charging me $539.85. Fpr water usage for the last for months. All because ther water meter did not work sent in the false readind after I talked to them they dropped it to $359.29. I don't see as it was'nt on my property how did they come up wit the figures they said. Base charge $20.95 tear 1 $43.38 level tear 2 $ gal 7230000 $65.1 tear 3 g.14450.00 for $317.90 total was $539.85 after I called they told me that thy just took of $180.00 leaving 359.29 and that there metter was broken.. My wife and I live in a single level home at 1726 sunny hills blvd, chipley florida 32428 no one lives with us. So I did'nt get a break down on how they came up with these figures. And it only took 4 months to catch that the meter was bad. They have one on order so when it comes in they will replace it. How did the come up with the total g used. They hung up on 3 times trying to find out thank you alex simmons
