She denied that I had ordered from them before and insisted that they didn't carry the filters I needed. I was definitely not happy with her attitude and decided to end the conversation right then and there.

Then, would you believe it, Cynthia called me back! But it wasn't what I hoped for. Instead, she told me that I was rude. I didn't think I was being rude, but maybe I was a bit short with her. But honestly, how could I have been otherwise? She wasn't helpful in the slightest!
