Coastal Energy Water & Air

I'm happy with Coastal Energy Water & Air. They seem to have a good plan and their workers are knowledgeable. I'm excited to try out their product. They're a nice company with skilled employees.

We had a big problem with our water softener and needed to replace it. We talked to some companies but the prices were too high. We found out about Ygreen and they recommended Coastal Energy. We told them we only wanted a water softener and nothing else. The sales manager, *** said it would cost $8,500. We thought it was too much but we didn't have many options. He came to our house and did a water test and showed us why we needed the system. He also tried to sell us a reverse osmosis and a *** purifier but we said no. He said he would call Ygreen for us but we could do it ourselves. Then he said Ygreen wouldn't finance anything less than $6,500. We found out later that wasn't true. He lied to us and we feel cheated. We want our money back for the air purifier.

Santiago Averbach was straight up, honest, and really knew his stuff. I know Rainsoft is gonna be the best product and service around. It's definitely worth the money.

I gotta say, this water system is the bomb! We've had it for a hot minute now and it's been a game changer. This ain't our first rodeo with Coastal Energy Water & Air, we got another piece of equipment from them before and it was just as solid. Alex was a real pro, answered all our questions and was on point with his customer service. Keep up the good work, y'all!

Santiago was so helpful! He guided me through the whole process and stayed with me from beginning to end during the installation because I wasn't comfortable speaking English. What a great guy! I got my system and now I have the best quality water. The job was flawless and the system works great!

I luv the fact that I dont gotta buy bottled water no more and the water I take a bath with is chemical free. The installers were cool and they reviewed everything with us when they were done. I made a vid of them explaining each piece of equipment. Coastal Energy Water & Air is the bomb!

This company is amazing! Their product is top-notch! Our water is better than any bottled water we could buy. The showers and laundry get things cleaner with less soap. The air is incredible. And as an added bonus, I like to make those big round ice cubes for my scotch, and now the ice is all clear instead of foggy! The owner, *** is completely service oriented and a great guy! A++++++++

I only give one star to this company. They are terrible. I bought my system in May and had many problems with what I was and wasn't told during the sale and installation. Many people came to my house and my system still doesn't work properly. Every time the water was tested, it came back hard and someone else had to come back. The last person who came to my house didn't even want to get out of the car because it was raining. I spoke to the owner before and he promised me new products because I was pushing for a full refund. I decided to keep the system, but now I can't even get a response from the owner. Their follow-up is terrible. I wish I had listened to my gut feeling in the beginning, now we're stuck. If you're deciding whether to go with this company or not, hopefully this review will help. RUN fast... don't let them in your house. You can get a cheaper system that works without all this unnecessary hassle. Save yourself the headache!

Excellent service, company is managed with family pride and they are good to their word and commitments. Products installed are fantastic! Nowadays very few companies this size are family, 3rd generation managed. When you call the company you deal with the owners. And they would go above and beyond to provide good, reliable service in a timely manner. Wish most companies we deal with were like Coastal.
