4 or 5 start review on this product. Was a PPM water test done before and after installing this joke. I spent $1,000 dollars on this junk and many calls to apparently get it right. I realized that after paying plumbers to re-do it twice and many calls to their CS, that this was just BS. I leave in Tampa FL, and our water is not as hard as other places the Tap water TDS is 250PPM and whit this system went down to 239PPM. After $1,000 dollars and and 2 years worth the headache, just to get (-11PPM). This is a joke. I almost forgot, the fact that they do whatever it takes to not show or allow google reviews.
Recommendation: Do not buy it, its a big lie. Believe in honest reviews.
NuvoH2O System Review: A Total Disaster - Blue Water and Stomach Problems
The NuvoH2O system, let me tell you, it was a real disappointment. We were excited to try it out, but it turned out to be a total disaster. Our water turned blue and we started experiencing some serious stomach problems. It was really scary and we had to take action immediately.
After some research, we found out that the NuvoH2O system was the culprit. We were shocked and disappointed. We thought it would be a great investment for our home, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. We had to get rid of it and find another solution.
The worst part is that we had to deal with the aftermath of the system. We had to clean up the blue water and deal with the health issues it caused. It was a real hassle and we don't want to go through that again.
Overall, we would not recommend the NuvoH2O system to anyone. It's just not worth the risk. We hope that others can learn from our experience and avoid making the same mistake.
