United States Postal Service [USPS] review: very poor post office service ( 1 comment)

This post office (Kensington station in Brooklyn, NY) has a history of having poor service. For example, they can keep you waiting in line for over an hour even when it is not in a busy mailing season/time. People just end up go to other post office to get faster service. But now, their delivery service is getting on my nerve. Last time it was a very small parcel package (even fits in my mailbox) that the mailman didn't bother to deliver or ring the bell. A note of undeliverable was left for pickup at the Kensington station. This time it is a priority mail package that I've been waiting for. No pickup note, nothing, was left to inform me of this package. I had to go online to track and find out "We attempted to deliver your item... in BROOKLYN, NY 11218 and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice..." I was at home that day and yet no one bother to ring the bell. I received a bunch of mail that day but nothing about the package pickup. And today they closed early. I have to wait until Saturday to pick up the package that I've been eagerly waiting for. Moreover, their attitude has been extremely unhelpful.
