I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with US Global Tech. I had the pleasure of working with a tech named Rod, and let me tell you, he really knew his stuff. He helped me understand my computer better and showed me how to use different features to free up some much-needed storage space. And let me tell you, it made a huge difference in my CPU speed.

But that's not all. Rod also found another drive on my hard drive that was running at the same time, and he was able to use it to free up even more space. I mean, I had no idea that was even possible! Now my computer is running faster than ever before.

I'm thinking about upgrading to an SSD drive next, and I'm definitely going to call my local computer tech to see what that would involve. It might be a bit pricey, but I'm attached to my ASUS and I don't want to give it up just yet. It's one of the first computers that ASUS made available to the public, you know?

Anyway, I'm just really happy with the service I received from US Global Tech. Rod was amazing, and he even complimented me on my tech knowledge, which was pretty cool considering I'm 78 years old. So if you're looking for a reliable tech company, I definitely recommend giving these guys a try. Five stars all the way!

I thought I was signing up for their virus protection, but it turns out that USGlobal is actually an agent or reseller for McAfee and other software companies. They do computer cleanups and then install whatever anti-virus software the customer wants. It's a pretty sweet deal, actually - they take care of all the stuff that us average Joes don't know how to do.

And let me tell you, the reviews don't lie. USGlobal has a killer rating from satisfied customers, and I can see why. They did an excellent job with my computer, and I feel a lot better knowing that I'm protected from all the nasty viruses out there.

The only thing that was a little annoying was the negotiations I had to go through to get the price and software I wanted. But hey, that's just how it goes sometimes, right? He was really patient and thorough in helping me out, and I was really impressed with his ability to fix the issue. It was especially difficult because my computer is pretty old - it's running on Vista, which is really outdated. But somehow, Eric was able to not only get rid of the virus, but also speed up my computer so that it's running much better now. I'm really grateful for his help, especially since I don't have the money to buy a new computer right now. I just logged into my email and noticed that I don't have to wait as long for the browser to load or for other websites to come up. It's such a relief to have everything working smoothly again. I had a bit of a rough experience with US Global Tech when I was trying to set up my new Canon printer. I started the process at 2:30 p.m. on March 21, but it took nearly 12 hours for the techs to get everything connected. At first, I was told that all the techs were busy and that they would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. But after waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to call again from my landline. Unfortunately, I was told pretty much the same thing.

Finally, after about 20 minutes, I got a call from a tech named Dan Roberts. He started working through the issues, but unfortunately, we weren't able to find a solution right away. He told me that my computer needed to be cleaned up, which would take two to three hours. I was a bit frustrated, but I agreed to let him do the cleanup.

After five hours had passed, I decided to call Dan directly and leave him a message. He called me back within 10 minutes, but unfortunately, the cleanup was still going on and he couldn't give me an estimate of how much longer it would take. I was getting pretty tired at this point, and I told him that I would be going to bed soon. He agreed to call me back on March 22 after 10 a.m.

However, I was rudely awakened at 12:15 a.m. by a tech named Mary Ann D. She spent nearly two hours working with me to resolve the problem, which was finally fixed. Both my desktop and my laptop are now capable of printing to the new printer, which is a relief.

Overall, I would give US Global Tech two stars. While I'm happy that my printer is now working, I'm not thrilled about the long wait times and the fact that I was woken up in the middle of the night to work on the issue. Hopefully, they can improve their service in the future.

Kristine explained several times what would happen next to "clean" up my Mac items that resided on my laptop PRIOR to my 2017 subscription to Malwarebytes. I was stunned that 3 hours would be needed to cleanse the mess, but no problem. It was just whelming to know that there was that much junk. Kristine took my order, and I received several e-mail confirmations promptly.

To begin the work, I was connected with Rob C. who also took ownership of my difficulties and control of my computer to perform the work. He acted in an adult and professional manner, and together we solved a Malwarebytes key problem after my computer was cleansed.

I've tried other services like HP Smartfriend, but they just don't compare. Those other guys don't seem to know much about code and operating systems, and they can be pretty rude too. Plus, they don't speak plain English very well and get all cranky if you don't understand them. What a waste of time!

I had a major issue with my computer. It was infected with Malware, Viruses, and a lot of other things. I was worried and didn't know what to do. That's when I came across the "Fix It Stick" from US Global Tech (usglobaltech.com). I bought it and ran it, and it cleared a bunch of issues. However, I later found out that not all of the issues were resolved. That's when I decided to order the Webroot Antivirus for one year of protection and installed it. I thought that I had gotten rid of all the Malware, etc., but I was wrong. I was still having trouble with my computer, and that's when I decided to contact customer service.

The customer service representative connected me to tech support, and that's when I spoke to Ram. He scanned my computer and found numerous issues. He informed me that the Fix It Stick couldn't remove all of the issues. He also told me that the Webroot Antivirus Program only works when it is installed on a computer that does not have any Malware, viruses, etc. on it. Unfortunately, my computer had Malware and viruses, and that's why I was having trouble with it.

Ram told me that he could do a one-time fix and remove all remaining issues. He also offered to tune-up my computer and do a few other things for $99. Unfortunately, I didn't have the money. I explained to him that I am terminally ill, bed-bound, and receive very little to live on from Disability. I also told him that I absolutely needed my computer fixed because I write out and print the daily To-Do List for my In-Home Caregivers. I couldn't do that now because my computer wasn't working due to all the Malware and Viruses still on it. I had already spent my Grocery money on the "Fix It Stick" Virus & Malware Remover that didn't work and for the Webroot, which only protects your computer when it is installed on a computer that has no Malware or Viruses on it.

Ram listened to me patiently and acted on my situation. He talked to his Supervisor and explained my situation. His Supervisor approved the discount, and I was able to get the one-time fix, cleaning, PC tune-Up, and more. They ran the program, and it fixed my computer. Now I can type up and print out the daily "To-Do List" for my In-Home Caregiver starting tomorrow.

Ram was wonderful. He was so sweet and kind as he listened to me explaining what my computer was doing and what it wasn't allowing me to do. He also listened as I explained my health and financial situations. He understood that I'm terminally ill and bed-bound, that I NEED my computer to print out the To-Do list for my In-Home Caregivers, and that I'm on Disability, have a very low income, and I didn't have the $99 needed to get my computer fixed. He listened and acted by talking to his Supervisor and made it possible for me to get the desperately needed one-time fix for my computer. My computer is working great and is even super fast now.

So, I recently purchased McAfee Security for my MAC machine and had a bit of trouble getting it to download. I called the number provided and was connected to a technician from US Global. Unfortunately, this technician didn't seem to have much knowledge or work ethic. I was left with doubts about his abilities and ethics. However, he did offer a discount on the cost.

After speaking with McAfee technicians who weren't able to help me, I finally spoke with Melanie Greene from US Global. She was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous technicians I had spoken with. Melanie was professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service skills. She listened to my situation and instantly put me at ease. I felt like she knew her stuff and could help me.

Melanie was able to diagnose and fix two major problems with my MAC machine and scanner. She even took the time to explain how to use the scanner and security protection in the future. Her diagnostic skills were better than any computer technician I had ever spoken with. She is an outstanding, awesome technician who is very intelligent and remarkable.

It's a shame that it took speaking with four different technicians before I was able to speak with Melanie. US Global Tech has a gem in Melanie Greene. She knows her business dead cold and is an exceptional representative for the company. I hope that upper management recognizes her value and worth. If she were to ever leave, they would be losing more than just one computer technician.

So, I was trying to get some Norton Antivirus software from their official website, but it redirected me to US Global Tech. At first, I was a bit confused, but then I found out that they are actually a contractor for Norton Symantec. They helped me out with my purchase, so I'm grateful for that.

I was so frustrated, I had to get a tech to come and help me reset all my passwords so I could access my own accounts. The techs had a heavy accent, so it was hard for me to understand them. So, I had a bit of a rough time with US Global Tech. I was told by Edmund that the update, cleanup, and new Macaffee installation would only take 2 hours, but boy was I wrong. It ended up taking a whopping 6 hours! I had to spend my whole afternoon and half of my evening just to get this done. To make matters worse, I had to leave the house for an appointment and when I came back, it still wasn't finished. I mean, come on, that's just way too long!

Despite the long wait, I will say that the technicians were pretty helpful and polite. There were two of them and they did their best to assist me. However, I do think that US Global Tech needs to do better with their time management. Waiting around for 6 hours is just not acceptable.

I was shocked to find out that Norton had no association with them, despite their claims. I immediately reported them to both my local BBB and the Florida BBB. I can't believe they thought they could mess with me! I strongly advise against doing any business with them or giving them access to your computer. If you have already done so, change all your passwords and seek help from a legitimate company to remove any harmful downloads they may have placed on your computer. Don't fall for their tricks like I did!

However, Mary explained that the additional product was necessary for a thorough cleanup. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by US Global Tech. The website could use some improvement in terms of accepting credit cards, but the tech support was helpful in resolving the issue. So, I was just browsing the web and accidentally stumbled upon US Global Tech's website (usglobaltech.com). I was actually trying to reach out to Symantec's help desk, but since the tech from US Global Tech was very helpful, I decided to give their one-time service a try. And boy, did they find and fix other issues with my computer that I didn't even know existed!

However, the Symantec issue was only partially resolved. After I hung up and tried to open my account, I couldn't connect to the Symantec server. I called US Global Tech back and they tried to repair the connection, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. This whole ordeal turned out to be a half-baked service, which was quite disappointing.

I demanded a refund, but unfortunately, I haven't seen any to date. I even filed a dispute with my bank, but still no luck. It's really frustrating to have paid for a service that didn't fully deliver and then not receive a refund for it.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend doing business with US Global Tech. While their tech support was helpful in some aspects, the fact that they couldn't fully resolve my issue and the lack of refund is a major red flag. So, if you're looking for reliable tech support, I suggest looking elsewhere.

So, I was looking for some virus protection for my computer and ended up ordering Bitdefender online. But then, they transferred me to US Global Tech to scan viruses and clean my computer. I told them several times that I wanted the one-time charge of $99.95, but they kept pushing me for the $200+ plans, which really annoyed me.

Then, I got a tech who sounded really pissed off when I couldn't figure out his instructions to log in so he could access my computer. He kept taking deep breaths and sighing every time I tried, which made me feel really stupid. But, eventually, he was on my computer for about 2 hours.

After I had paid the $99.95 originally, they charged it twice! Can you believe that? Luckily, Capital One alerted me for fraud and told me to take my MAC in to the Apple Store to see if any malware had been added. Apparently, they've been seeing a LOT of this lately.

Not only were they rude, but they were also dishonest. I will report back after Apple checks my computer tomorrow. But, one thing's for sure, I will NEVER let anyone else online touch my computers again. I had to cancel my credit card per Capital One's advice.

Overall, I would not recommend US Global Tech to anyone. They were pushy, rude, and dishonest. Stay away from them if you can!
