U.S. Auto Credit I dont even want to get them 1 start because they are such a crappy company

I dont even want to get them 1 start because they are such a crappy company. They dont care about customers, all they worry about is getting money from you. They are extremely rude and dont care how they talk. Due to covid my husband and I lost our jobs. We recently went back to work and have not gotten a paycheck yet. They said we had to pay the full $300 or we lose the car. We just started our jobs.

This a fraudulent company that uses small dealerships to sell subprime loans to new or bad credit buyers. They do not care how the dealer commits forgeries on the application to get excessive credit fees payed directly to the dealer unknown to innocent buyers. They have placed thousands of innocent buyers in a horrible credit position. The actual General Counsel lies in court to protect this illegal acitivities and mishandling of loan which over 80% end up in judgement to the innocent buyers. A class action suit should be the way to handle this frivolous company. I purchased a car from a buy here pay here and they sold the loan unknown to me to this company adding a $10,000 finance fee. I went to the dealer and they said they had the right to sell loan. The dealer then changed name and in turn my vehicle was repossed after paying over *** I. Interest and fees. They took me to court and the judge did not care about anything I had to say in my defense. A judgment is now placed on me for an additional $10,000 after they took the car 3 years ago. I am devastated and sad that this judicial system fails abused consumers. I can only pray that God Sheds light into an attorney and get a class action suit on this company. Signed an innocent buyer.

Just terrible, worse company, worse credit company to deal with! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. If your car dealer sells your loan to them do all you can to cancel said contract or get ready to pay way more and be hassled everyday from them if your 1 day late on a payment, most of the 2-3 calls a days, morning, afternoon and late at night, what company calls their customer at ***? Just terrible, they need to be shut down

I would rate this company ZERO stars if I could. I sent a certified check to pay my vehicle loan off with my hard earned saved cash in the amount of $6,092.90 on January 2, 2022 after calling US Auto Credit in December to request a payoff balance of my *** Escape. I was told by the US Auto Credit representative that I had to make this final payment via a certified check or via *** Money Gram. As I didn't want to walk $6,092.90 cash in hand into a *** to pay via Money Gram, I elected to contact my bank USAA to request a certified check in the full amount to be sent overnight to US Auto Credit. On January 6, 2022, I received notification that my payment was received and applied to my US Auto Credit account. On today, January 21, 2022 at 12:10p CST I contacted US Auto Credit to check the status of my title. Upon verifying my credentials, I was informed that my title was sent to my bank claims department as a total loss! My VEHICLE WAS NOT INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND NOT LOSS! Why would US Auto Credit sent my title to my bank, is unbeknownst to me, but I am utterly ***, by this error! This is horrible service! How do you send my title to my bank when I AM THE ONE THAT SEND YOU THE MONEY! How do I maintain trust in a company that sends my title to wherever the h*** they want to send it, when incidents of such occur. I would NOT refer this company to my dog, if I had a dog and dogs drove cars! Being TOTALLY DISSATISFIED is an understatement!

U.S. Auto Credit I would have given them 0 stars if I could

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. The customer service during my last encounter was the worst ever in my life with any company. They are completely happy with making the customer suffer because they fail to communicate or return phone calls. I have been a customer for 3 years and I cant wait to pick my car up so I can be done talking to them. They are a sad excuse for a company and don't care about the customers.

I got a car and was told that the car was financed through them. they never attempted to reach out to me. I was told that they would call and I would receive a welcome letter and will be asking me questions about my job history and living situation. Again they never contacted me I was told the next day that I wasn't even financed due to lack of paperwork and my pay stubs were not valid. Before I left the dealership I was told that everything looked good everything went through and even the amount that I was approved for. Unfortunately I was accused for fraud. Apparently my paycheck stubs looked fake so that's why they backed out on the deal. I was only giving them what I was provided from my job as proof of income. I feel like if they had any questions or concerns they could reach out to the job and the job could fax any other information that was needed at the time. I will avoid this company at all costs and I will never do business with them ever in life.

I told them I was going to pay my car off when I got my taxes and I was unable to pay the full amount each month do to trying to get back and forth to work do to my car needing a motor. They said they will work with me. They came and pulled the car weeks before my money came and sold it for 500 with my bal being right at *** then want to charge me *** on my credit and continue to and money on to that each month and putting it on my credit. I don't think that is right so you telling me the car was only Worth 500 but you want to keep charging me each month for something you took back and sold for way less than what I owe. You could have just left it with me and let me pay it off. Low down and God see all that you do and you will not be blessed for how you are treating Gods people.

U.S. Auto Credit The absolute worse company ever and so unprofessional and rude

The absolute worse company ever and so unprofessional and rude. If I could give negative stars, they would have about a negative. And then to make matters worse with everything else going on with this pandemic, people are out of work and US Auto Credit is calling worrying folks about a car payment. Instead doing what other car finance companies are doing, as in charging no late fees or penalties or even deferring the payments.

I was treated unfairly and tried to rectify problems that were not my fault. I was told untruths from the time I noticed I was apart of this company. I provided documentation to prove my case. Instead, I was told an untruth again and instead of fixing they hurt my credit score for something they have proof of. They benefited themselves and how can a company do this without consequences?

U.S. Auto Credit Made a payment on Nov

Made a payment on Nov. 30th 2020. I deduced it by $75 so I could buy Christmas presents. Monthly payments are $299.57. They called me on Dec. 7th to say I was late and when could I pay. I responded, "The 31st I can give you the $75 plus the monthly $299.57". They said they could only give me until Dec. 18th. That's fine, my crap will be out of the car on the 15th. I've had the car for a year and it's in need of major repairs. I agree, any dealership who deals with this lender RUN! I'd rather keep my money in my pocket and Uber everywhere with my toddler.

U.S. Auto Credit Worst auto lender I have ever dealt with

Worst auto lender I have ever dealt with. Back in 2017, I had an auto loan with them, I had lost my job and in contact with them. I was 20 days past due and asked for 8 more days to make a payment as I had money coming in. They would not work with me and said they would put the car in repo status. They had it picked up the following day. They charged off my account for $11,00, resold the vehicle and I've only come now to notice that the balance has been increasing about $170 a month and now shows I owe $15,000 3 years after an $11,000 charge off. Will be having an attorney look into this matter.

I would rather have my skin peeled off of my body by sloths than to deal with their "customer service". I'm not sure where they find these people but i am assuming that being rude is apart of the interview process. I had to stop answering their phone calls because I was not tough enough to endure the rage they placed upon me. During the pandemic I have had to schedule a different day to pay my bill and even after making arrangements with Satan himself I am still harassed with multiple phone calls a day. My car will be payed off sometime this year, but I will forever have PTSD from being berated by their customer service.

U.S. Auto Credit The absolute worse company ever and so unprofessional and rude

The absolute worse company ever and so unprofessional and rude. If I could give negative stars, they would have about a negative 21. The account manager Richard J, must have a third grade education only. He had the audacity to send me an email in all caps(like really who are you yelling at), with spelling mistakes(learn to use spell check). I blessed his soul and spirit for him. If you can go to somewhere else, please do. My account was sold to them by Clay C... If I would have known that is what Clay C do after one year with them, I would have not dealt with them either. And then to make matters worse with everything else going on with this pandemic, people are out of work and US Auto Credit is calling worrying folks about a car payment. Instead doing what other car finance companies are doing, as in charging no late fees or penalties or even deferring the payments. Pat yourselves on the back, really great job at being the worst company ever.

U.S. Auto Credit I would give this place a negative if it was allowed

I would give this place a negative if it was allowed. I got my vehicle through this company b/c my suv was needing a engine that I couldn't afford to replace w/losing my 2nd job and relocating closer to my 1st job. I had to do a involuntary repossession on my suv and get a loan form this place at 25% interest rate. I made my payment on time they financed the loan only to bug me everyday about a GPS they want to put in the car. Told them numerous times that I'm unavailable during the week due to my work schedule, they called numerous times. They called the rep from the dealerships boss cry stating that I was avoiding having the unit put in. When I plainly told them that I am available on Saturday. Only for me to get annoyed and finally get with someone with common sense that got it scheduled for Saturday. Needless to say, I will be keeping this loan and/or car for one year and I will be trading it off or financing with my own bank for lower interest and no HASSLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
