Lennar Mortgage - Did not return your Deposit of over $3000

Our lennar sales rep said to us, hurry get your application in and pay the deposit because many others were interested in the same home. The sales rep knew we had to sell our current home first since we do not have the large downpayment and cannot own 2 homes at the same time.
