Unlimited Furniture review: Product and Delivery

I purchased furniture worth $14,000 online at the company called Unlimited Furniture. I was told that the furniture that I'm buying is of high quality and will be delivered white glove by a professional furniture delivery team. It was professionally delivered the only thing is that this is a really low-quality product. My delivery was rescheduled 4 times and when it arrived, I was in shock to see that this stuff looks different than the pictures on their website. I received a really low-quality product which I do not want. I went over the quality a few times on the phone with their customer service and was assured that I have nothing to worry about. When I called them back and asked to return the furniture I was told that it can not be done since the delivery team already assembled everything. Once the delivery team put together the bed frame and I was able to see it I told them right away please stop, I'm returning my order. I was told to wait until everything is assembled and then contact the store to return the furniture. Here I am stuck with the garbage product that I do not want and the return is not possible. Be aware and stay away from Unlimited Furniture.
