I ordered two glucose monitors for diabetic patients. The cost for two (2) was $49.99. I paid online with my credit card. The order arrived September 10, 2026. It contained two oximeters, not the glucose monitors I had ordered. When I contacted Uniuni for a return shipping label, I was told I could keep the two oximeters and they would refund 10% of the $49.99.
That is not acceptable. I want wwhat I paid for, or a complete refund. I have included the item number: JY26CAAA0064451031 and the tracking number: 1222 6220 1269 0016.
Thank you.

The worst and most unproffesional business I have ever dealt with. This business should be shut down.
