uniuni review: Worst company - company should be shut down

Awful, just awful, delivery service! Their company has ruined a little girls Christmas because one of their drivers was too lazy to deliver a package or stole it! The package had the correct address! I have never had any issue from any other delivery company with packages being delivered. Utterly disgusted by their customer service, how this was handled, and in the end the package was sent back to seller. This gift was sold out! Now she won't get her top Christmas item on her list because of your company and lazy/incompetent driver!
