Amendment to the above comment: it no longer says "more information" by the post office that delivers your mail, you have to click on the actual post office to get the local phone number.

If you go to the website and view the FAQs, it will explain about the weather conditions and in certain situations where you will not receive your mail. And also if you look at find at post office on the site and enter your zip code, and/or address, it will tell you a listing of the post offices in your area and give you the phone number. Most people get discouraged because they just see the 1800askusps on the page, but if you click on "more information", it will give you the phone number for your post office. And if it is not there, you can call the 800# and ask the representative to check the system for the post office for your zip code, IF THAT POST OFFICE has provided customer service w/ their number, they will gladly give it to you and also file a complaint for you as well and that complaint will go to the local post office and will be addressed and they will call you back if you request one. Lastly, you can google your post office and get the phone number. Hope this helps.
