United Propane Gas review: Deceptive marketing

Website (www.upgas.com) states as part of its value proposition that leak testing is free. We had repairs done recently and we’re charged for leak testing. When requesting an explanation we were told that free leak testing is only for new customers, although no one can tell me where it states that on the website, nor how a new customer is defined in regards to this service
