I have had a flyer miles with United over 30 years. I am 77 and made reservations to fly round trip to Cozumel last month, I was charged 32,000 miles plus $675.36 Cash. The total trip miles is 32,000 due to the fact a few months ago, I made the very same reservation and was charged the miles (of course taxes) of only 32,000 miles.
I have filed a complaint and only received 29.99 for a seat.

I am completely dissatisfied I cannot get a refund of either miles or money.
