Union Supply Direct review: The new tokenized credit card system

So this website where you order food or property packages has a new tokenized card system. Which they State on the website is set in place as a way to protect the actual card number for the holder. It's similar to the tap that you can use when purchasing things out at stores etc. It just processes a new 16 digit card number for the purchase. The issue I'm having with this is I've used four different cards and none of them have been able to process the payment. One of them is a key Bank one of them is a WSECU bank one of them is a BECU in another one is a Bank of America. All accredited Banks yet I still cannot use any of them and when I call they're telling me oh they're fixing glitches and I'm pretty sure it's on that issue that you're talking about. But it's been 6 months my first issue with this popped up in March of 2025. So then I called to order the inmate a package using her own credit card the doc number matches the name on the card and they told me I have to use my own card to purchase these packages. So you're telling me an inmate can't financially support themselves from the inside the walls?
