Unified Global Solutions review: Breach of contract made by Unified Global

We signed a contract, biggest mistake I have ever made. Services did not work, they would not come to fix it, just kept making tickets of our complaints. They do not uphold their side of the contract. Horrible reception, phones sounded under water, fax did not work, scanning would not work, and the internet hardly worked. We are a small non-profit company, and I thought this was a good idea. Now they have turned us into Cannon financials, and the collection is 3 times what the payment would have been. Horrible company
