They were so rude and unprofessional. They called me names and threatened me. I can't believe how they treat their clients. I would never recommend JMS Associates, Inc. to anyone. Stay away from them if you don't want to be harassed and insulted.

JMS Associates, Inc. is a terrible company. Tom is so mean and talks down to people. He got mad when I said I couldn't do something right now and started yelling and screaming on the phone. I told him not to yell at me, but he kept doing it. I hung up on him, but he kept calling and yelling every time. It's not cool to act like that in business. I already told Tom that I'm disputing the bill, but he doesn't care. He just yells and threatens. He even said he would call the cops! I told him to go ahead and try it, but I doubt it will work.

This company is not good at all! They called me about a bill that I already paid, but they didn't believe me. I told them that I had already taken care of it with the original company, but the person on the phone got really mad and hung up on me. It's pretty bad that a collection agency can't even talk to the person they're trying to collect money from. The worst part is that the company they hired didn't even have my correct contact information, even though they had it before. This made the guy on the phone really angry. It was a terrible experience!

This company, JMS Associates, Inc., is supposed to collect debts, but the way they talk to people is not okay. They have a guy named *** who calls employees of businesses and says really mean things like "nasty" and "disgusting". He even calls them "little girl" which is super degrading. He screams at them on the phone and calls the business over and over again. He leaves really mean messages too. It's not okay to talk to anyone like that, especially a young woman who didn't even do anything wrong.

I don't like this company at all. I've been in the debt collection business for over 30 years, and sometimes we send files to other companies if we can't collect. JMS called me and wanted our business, but the guy who called me was way too personal and called me "Honey" and "Sweetie" which is not professional. I talked to him a little bit, but I never agreed to hire them because we already had another company working on it. I told him this, but he kept calling me every day, leaving rude messages. I told him multiple times that we wouldn't work with them and that he was unprofessional. After a month, the calls stopped, but now he's calling one of our employees who has nothing to do with collections or accounting. We won't hire this company, and he needs to stop calling us. This is not a review from a bad debt company, it's from a potential client. JMS is terrible.

This company, JMS Associates, Inc., is causing me a lot of stress with their aggressive legal threats. They keep bothering me every day, which is really distracting. I leased a Canon IR 400IF with them, but they haven't given me the service I paid for. My ID is XXXXX and the machine's serial number is QLAXXXXX.

These people from JMS Associates, Inc. won't stop calling me about their debt collection services. This dude named Samir Patel keeps calling even though I've told him not to. When I get mad and yell, he just hangs up and calls back later. I asked him to put me on the "Do Not Call List," but he won't listen. This guy is so annoying, someone needs to stop him or take him to court.

These guys keep buggin' me 'bout some "delsi" and "Lorelei" and I done told 'em a buncha times that they got the wrong number. They keep callin' me for someone else's debt and it's gettin' on my nerves. I done asked 'em to take me off their list but the person on the phone don't believe me. It ain't fair, I'm always worried 'bout their calls. I got my own debts but I always pay 'em on time.

JMS Associates, Inc. is bugging me about a bill that I already paid, but they keep adding more fees and making it seem like I owe them more money. They're even threatening to take me to court, which I don't think is fair. I know my rights when it comes to debt collection, and I think they're breaking the law. They won't leave me alone and keep sending me letters. I'm going to bring this to court and maybe even sue them for being so annoying.
