My entire experience with this company has been NEGATIVE! the service is trash, I have two shops, and this was the best idea at the time to be able to maneuver from one shop to the other communication wise. I signed a contract that gave me 3 free months which by the way was a [censored] show because ATT was out here trying to see why, when, how, and what because out of the two land lines and 4 cordless phones half worked and the other half did not. Then the 3 months go by, and I'm stuck in a 5-year contract. I have purchased extenders they have sent me "new" devices and every other week it's something. I must say the customer service is great! They all know me by my first name as do I know theirs and I always try to be polite because at the end of the day they are not the owners of the company like I am mine; they only work there. The early termination is ridiculous, and I will bare another year as I can see the finish line with this company.
Recommendation: READ THE REVIEWS, RESEARCH, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!
From the day we signed up with this company we have had issues with them. The frustration with our business phones being so horrible and not being able to do anything about it is extremely frustrating. They do not ring, the connection is trash, they are always searching for base, and the newest one yet is we got spammed! How in the word is this company still in business. If it was not for the early termination fee being so high I would have dumped this service so fast!
