RJI was professional and thorough
RJI was professional and thorough. I was impressed with the work that they put in. Yasmani worked diligently to make sure that everything was done to perfection. He answered questions and made sure I knew how to open my skylights. Thank you the roof and the gutters look great!

We worked with RJI to fix the hail damage on our roof. Jayme did a great job making things happen. The company talked good about dropping off stuff. Our roof got fixed fast and they dealt with everything with the inspection with the city. Overall we happy with what happened!
We hired RJI for a re-roof project
We hired RJI for a re-roof project. Every person we worked with was very professional, thorough, responsive, friendly, and polite. Communication and follow-through were top notch. The attention to detail and thoroughness, as well as everyone's efforts on our behalf, went above and beyond any expectations. Our new roof looks great! RJI Professionals obviously hires exceptional people to work for them, and we are so fortunate and thankful that we chose RJI as our contractor for this project. We highly recommend them!

RJI Professionals replaced our roof in late 2019
RJI Professionals replaced our roof in late 2019. Few months ago, we saw lots of dark spots on our kitchen ceiling with mold coming through a part of the wall. We called RJI and they came and did an inspection of the roof. They said there was a leaky spot at the chimney and later came to fix it. During this process, I kept asking them to call a mold removal company to help get rid of the growing mold. They had a testing company come and confirm that we do have mold growing right below the area of the roof they fixed. After getting the mold report, RJI then said it's not their fault and they won't do any more work on our house. We've since had inspections from roofing and mold experts, and they found that RJI is to blame for the mold damage inside our house because of their wrong practices when they first replaced the roof. We have pictures to prove it. I asked for RJI's liability insurance from the time they did our roof, but I haven't gotten a response. My husband is also having health issues now, probably because of the mold.
