Southwestern Edge - Unauthorized Charge
My paypal account has been closed for almost 2 years and this "Southwestern Edge" showed up taking out $19.95 from my account. I called the number and it was PayPal. The guy I spoke with told me i had been signed up for "Gateway PayFlow" whatever that is. How could I sign up for somthing through paypal when i don't even have a paypal account anymore?

This is the 3rd month in a row that they have continued to take $9.95 out of my checking account for something that I discontinued over 5 months ago.
