They charged me for a recurring monthly subscription without my knowledge. I tried the phone # on my bank statement and it does not belong to Smart Perks so there is no way to cancel.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have been trying to get this canceled from my parents bank account which I am an owner on that account and I can't find any to cancel. This has to be scam from all the comments I am reading. I will be contacting our local police department. I'm tired of people and places like this trying to take advantage of my parents.
I notice a charge on my account for $27.95 for which I'm not aware of. Trying to reached them, can't contact them. I will be going to the police.

Te entity behind"smartperks" should be subjected to a depth criminal investigation, followed by appropriate law enforcement action . Internet fraud is a criminal offense
Do NOT go to www.smarkperks.com/newmove They tell you you are getting a free $25 Home Depot Gift card, but after to fill out there form, they wat you to pay for a membership before they gift it to you. Rotten lousy deceptive marketing! NOT COOL!
Call the Police Department regarding the complaints Under the The Consumer Fraud with a Computer . LODGE A COMPLAINT THROUGH THEM!
