I renewed my plan by ultra mobile app on 11/2. It did not work. Called the call centre and was told that payment not received. Advised to try again through app. Tried. Failed. Got the remarks upon renewal as follows. "You don't have payment due at this moment". Means I was unable to repay. Thought of waiting some time may be my transaction is in Q. Now today after getting fed up with all this because I was without any service for more than 4 days. Called call centre for the last time. Took phone of a friend and paid online through call centre agent. Got the service but how many days I suffered. My parents back home and kids worried what happened to me. All this time taking hotspot from nearby friends and making short calls to my mother saying I will call soon from my own data. I am a telecoms professional and served in etisalat Abu Dhabi for 17 years. Never seen such kind of poor service what I observed here. Thanks God horrible time without phone ended but extremely disappointed.
