I had the service with ultramobile since 2020, and the last payment is in 2023, the number is 2063550622, but customer service told me the number was deleted. I think ultramobile has obligation and legal responsibility to keep the number available in the system for clients.

Please take my complaint serious, or give me an advice how to retrieve the number back to me.

The number is associated with my email, and other financial investment account, very important to me.
