Tried to purchase Ugg boots only to have a charge submitted on my debit card by TCTechnology Putian CN, This company is in California and is legitimate but does not accept debit cards. Some scam artists in China are processing debit and credit cards under that name. They have created multiple websites. You cant login back in to your account using your email, you cant track and order and when you try to contact them they have no physical address and come up with some hotmail or gmail account. Websites to avoid are:uggbootsclearance.net, uggbootsclearance.com, xmasuggbootsclearance.com, ugg-boot-clearance.us, . If you cant contact them through a legitimate email, call them on the phone or see their physical address then DONT BUY THESE BOOTS. I filed a dispute through my bank and they are removing the charges. I learned the hard way!
I ordered ugg boots advertised on sale at ugg australia - ugg boots online sale. The site is also known as ugg boots, australia ugg boots, cheap ugg boots, discount ugg boots, ugg boots sale, classic ugg boots, (copyright @2010 bootssalesshop). After you make a purchase, you get an email from visamasterpay.com and an order number to print from the ugg website. Dont not not purchase anything from any of these sites. You will not get your merchandise and visamasterpay.com who is a third party that handles the transaction is a joke. They also charged my card an extra three dollars that does not explain it's purpose. I have tried to contact them to no avail. I will take this one as a lost and a lesson learned; if there is no store address in the us, don't buy the merchandise.
I am so dumb! I ordered 3 UGG boots from this company, trying to safe a few bucks this Christmas..needless to...
I ordered boots for my daugther off of this web site. I'm usually very careful where I order from on the internet but I was in a hurry. My first clue something was wrong was when I put in the details of my order and credit card and hit submit, there was no "review" or double check, such as "are you sure you want to place this order?" I was immediately charged and given no order or confirmation number. When I went to the contact page (which I should have done BEFORE ordering) I saw the only way to contact this company is via a HOTMAIL account . RED FLAG! So I immediatly called my credit card co and was informed that the charge was to some chinese name in Bejing!! So spread the word...do NOT order from this site or you will be lining the pocket of some chinese punk and will never get a response from them...much less your boots.
Bootsbuyonline.com and UGG aubootspayless.com...both these sites are fraudulent!! I ordered from from one...
I stupidly ordered 1 pair of ugg boots from this website. The website looks legitimate. I ordered the boots on Nov.13, 2010 and received them on Nov. 18, .2010. I received the boots in a cardboard box and it was smashed, the boots came with a tracking number from the U.S. Postal service, the boots are totally fake and smell like paint thinner I don't know what kind of fabric they are made from but, I 'd be afraid to wear them because I don't know what the smell is and maybe it could harm you. On the website the boots were supposed to be $72.20 but when I called the credit card company I was charged $92.84 twice and $2.78 twice for an interest charge foreign transaction fee. There are no deals on real ugg boots, buy them from a real ugg retailer or you'll be sorry like me. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company but, it's probaly too late. They wanted me to return the boots, they came from Shanghai, China and the address is in Chinese. I went to the post office they cant help me either.
My boyfriend wanted to surprise me and ordered a pair of ugg boots for we received an email but it was taking a while to receive the delivery for them. My boyfriend then told me that he had ordered them and I checked the email to learn that there was no helpline number which I thought was weird plus the email address was shop.[protected]@hotmail I immediatly got suspicious as I thought that's a weird email address sounds fake. we still haven't been sent out any boots and my boyfriend has had two transactions taken out his account but has been told he may be able to get a refund and they trying to find out who runs this website and get them arrested for fraud. Also when going to the bank to cancel his bank card the teller told us that we were the second people to go in that day about this situation I feel sick that people think they can rob us like that
Do not order anything from ugg mall or ugg. Ms these goods will be seized by customs the website and all legal info states genuine and from australia however they are a chinese company that customs are aware off they will confiscate all goods imported from.
Do not buy from them.
I did a search on google for kids ugg boots as I can squeeze into a 4 (I am a 5) up came www.uggsale.cc I...
I bought a pair of UGGs off the dealer's web site on the 2nd of February 2010 and still havent arrived and not only that, they took £10 more than what was stated on the bill out of my account, how will i get my money back and whos is responsible for this fraud. thank you, aled owen
I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this site. Only one pair showed up. The site is very up beat about customer service and asks you to email about any problems. I've done this (and used the "contact us" form on their web site) around a dozen times over the last month. They've never responded. The only phone number I have found for them seems to be connected to a modem. These guys just don't care about customers and are very happy to rip you off !
Purchased UGG slippers from this site for my wife at Christmas. She wore the slippers a couple of times when...
I ordered ugg boots online before thanksgiving. the site looked legitimate. I received confirmation of my order after requesting it. I saw the charge on my credit card for the boots but hadn't heard a word from the company — no email, no receipt, etc. they sent me the tracking info after I sent them a message and I learned the boots were coming from china. I couldn't tell from the website that they were coming from a different country. it said free shipping and it was a good price so I ordered them. when I got the boots the box was an actual ugg box, but it was for a different size and style of what was actually in the box. they sent me the wrong size, different than what the box said, so I contacted them about shipping them back. there wasn't enough time to exchange before christmas because they wouldn't ship me new boots without getting the other ones back (even though they had the tracking number and had to sign for delivery) so I had to return them. they told me I had to pay for that. I pointed out that the website said it would pay for exchanges and returns if it was their mistake so they finally said they would reimburse me after I shipped them back. it cost $45 to ship them back to china. it took over a week after they received the boots to get a credit for the actual cost of the boots. I still have yet to receive a refund for the shipping that they said they would pay for. I have contacted them three more times and they are not responding to me any more.in additional to all of this, the boots are fake uggs. I took them to a store before I shipped them back to compare them. the fur on the inside is fake and is not real wool like uggs are. they don't smell the same or feel the same, but they look really close. don't pay that much money for fake uggs, especially when you might get the wrong thing and you won't get your money back for shipping! the website has been changed since I placed my order and says that people are responsible for their own shipping to return boots. it is too expensive and isn't worth it!
Do not use this site! I ordered my genuine ugg boots very niavely online, the site looked like a genuine site and after looking on the frequently answered questions I felt confident to order my boots. the alarm bells started ringing when i recieved a dodgy email saying my order has been processed please can i make payment. i contacted the company who said they are only in charge of the payment and then referred me to the ugg sale cc customer services- i received an email from polly! again this concerned me and she confirmed that my boots were being shipped- thats quick, i was suspicious and so asked about my return option, they just said i will have the boots in 7-10 working days, i asked again about the returns policy they said i can return them. I have contacted my credit card company and it seems that the only way that i can get my money back is if they do not send the boots within 30 days. i hope that they dont send them from the other comments left as i would rather not recieve the poor quality fakes when i though that i was getting real boots! funnily enough the site has gone now! although they appear to have lots of other names. has anyone actually been successful in getting their money back or should i give up and buy some from a reputable company!
I have been ripped off by www.uggsonsaler.com!!! I ordered the classic tall uggs back on december 13th (paid with my bank card because my paypal was messed up) and didn't get a confirmation for my order after placing it. I e-mailed the the webmaster right away about how that was very unprofessional and nothing on their site was customer friendly as they claim it to be. they took $87 and change for the boots on dec. 15th and it showed up in my account on dec. 16th. the charge to my account was taken by a company called www.airkickse.com, which I did not authorize. I authorized the payment to come from www.uggsonsaler.com. there was nothing on the site saying those two sites were even linked to eachother. however, there is a www.airkickse.com but they deal only with sport sneakers and don't have uggs on there at all!!! anyways, some chinese man/woman (the webmaster) e-mailed me back on the dec. 16th with a tracking number and link to an ems international shipping site out of china which was aparently supposed to connect to usps!!! that was the first news to me that they were in china for goodness sakes!!! I knew for certain then... that I would be ripped off. they had nothing on their site indicating that they were out of china. I was soooo upset!! since the so called webmaster emailed me that tracking number I haven't hear from him. i've made multiple attempts to contact them with no response. today is january 18th and still no boots!! they never left china! at first the tracking number showed some activity (which I think was a hoax) and then after about 3 weeks or so of it not moving the tracking number didn't work anymore! I contacted usps international before the 3 weeks were up and they said it's not moving and most likely won't. they advised me to call my bank or to contact paypal, etc. I am now waiting for a response from my bank. I am hoping they will stand by me and reversed the charges. it is clear that this whole thing was fraud. this unauthorized transaction should be reversed for sure because again I did not authorize www.airkickse.com so take my money!!! these company's are still active on the web and are still ripping innocent people off!!! at least some people received boots even though they were fake.in 1 word..."fraud"!!! these sites need to be shut down! why hasn't anything been done about this yet???
i purchased apair of classic ugg boots for the snowy weather and to my discrace afer waring my boots in the snow my feet andtoe nails turned black! This die stained appearence has mortifed me as i am unable to remove it without filing layers of my toe nails off!!! as i have paid quite an high price for these boots i have no choice but 2 keep waring them, which is having its huge affect on the colour of my toes and feet!!!
Don't repeat my mistake and be as naive-
Company claimed to have genuine UGG Sheepskin tall boots and eluded they are from Australia. My first clue should have been PayPal form online was labeled "Dragon Faith". Ordered boots online mid October, 2009. I had to email customer service endless times as to where was my order. I should note, my second clue should have been broken English on return emails. Always promising arriving soon. They had tracking numbers but hadn't in fact shipped. Order finally arrived end of November. Box destroyed, no packing slip, no return form. Nothing! Boots were knockoffs. Sheepskin outer shell, GENUINE IMITATION "something" inside but not sheep shearling. Correct size ordered but size runs really small. Needed to return.
Company claims to pride themselves on customer service...pleez!! They return emails but you can't decifer what the heck they are talking about. Broken English and nothing makes sense. Ultimately got instructions from them as to returning boots. Return address is Shanghai, China. If you live in the U.S, this has to go thru U.S. Customs with a tracking number. This number consumers CAN NOT track.
It has now been another month since the boots were returned. Niceuggboots claim they still have not received the return. Big surprise...
Morale of the story, if you have about $120 to throw away, order Uggs from this company. I've learned my lesson!
I attempted to order a pair of ugg boots from this website, but halfway thru the transaction, before it was completed, the site froze up so I hurriedly cleared my cc info from it, or so I hoped! later I emailed the address they had on there and asked if the order went thru which they replied, no it had not, so I advised them this was good as I had changed my mind. two days later I receive an email stating my order had been processed and when I checked my account, it had been deducted.*was so pissed!*tried to email them back but now the email address is invalid and the tracking number they sent is unheard of! does anyone know what I can do at his point?? please help! sharon smart
I ordered ugg boot for my 14 year daugther b-day. I had several communications with this website who repeatly stated they were authentic and real. the boot arrived 3 weeks later from china and I have had nothing but nigthmares with this company. the boots are a conterfiet and not real ugg boot, they refused several times to provide a return mail address for me to return the item to receive a credit. they only refunded a particial credit. they swore at me in emails.
Do not order from they are!!
