Turo review: Tyro car rental

I rented and booked a Turo car and received a confirmation number. The car rental was at 42 West Averill Street Sparta Michigan. After booking I received some notices that things were not completed and they gave me a link to add an additional information that they wanted. Every time I tried, the linked page was a blank black page and would not let me enter any information. I did try to contact the owner of the vehicle with no avail. Went to the house in person at the set time knocked, no answer, called no answer. Turo just says I'm s*** out of luck. Help any suggestions?
