Turo review: Beware the sharks.

Turo has policies that put the customer at a severe disadvantage. I reserved and prepaid for a car for the weekend. When I did not pick the car up within the quoted pickup window, they canceled my reservation. They refused to reinstate the reservation even though the car was still at the airport, was still available, and I still needed it for the same days that it was previously reserved for. Then they offered to rent me the same car for the same days because it was still available for an additional rental fee. They also have a policy that you may not dispute the unexpected charges they add on to your rental after the rental is over.
