Being protocol to greet customers entering the store, being courteous but also let the customer know that their entrance was recognized. It's bothersome when they pick-n-choose who they are going to greet or acknowledge; they put more time into 'personal convos' on the job, yet ignore customers. I wasn't greeted at the door nor the register. The demeanor made me feel like I was a problem, and I was ready to put my items back and go to Sheetz; at least they follow their protocols with customers.
