We bought this for the Master in a rental property. The first guests raved about this mattress—even with a back surgery within the past year and arthritis! They actually contacted me to find out the manufacturer in order to purchase one for their own home! The delivery was so smooth. We live out of state from the property, and the communication was great for us to notify our manager to meet them. They actually got in and cleaned up before she arrived!

We ordered out Tuft & Needle bed because some friends recommend it. One of the best choices we have made this year! The bed is so incredibly soft and gives me support for my back. We upgraded from a Full to a Queen because of the sale going on and even if the sale wasn't going on I would buy this bed a hundred times over. Customer service has been extremely easy to work with and extremely helpful when needed. We also purchased the pillow and it's amazing!

Great quality & variety of all green bamboo bedding merchandise. I ordered an entire new set of bed linens & pillows by Tuck & Needle & I'm quite pleased with my purchases. The bamboo sheets & pillowcases are amazingly soft, comfortable & well made, The bedding & pillows are on the pricey side but well worth splurging on yourself. Plus, I have the satisfaction of supporting the green bedding movement & knowing that my purchases are good for the environment.

They are the greatest bed and company! We have purchased a total of six beds and one was replaced with twin mattresses at no charge under the 100 day warranty. It was super fast and easy. Just a phone call and the two twin mattresses were here in two days! It was amazing. The staff were all so nice. I couldn't believe how this company operates and at their prices you can afford to replace it as what ever is recommended! I can't say enough good things about this company!

For us they are a local small business that makes a great product. The mattress was easy to order and because of COVID-19 we were not able to check out the mattress before ordering so the amazing return policy was important to us. We got to try the mattress free for 100 nights to decide if we wanted to keep it. As it turned out, we didn't need to worry about it because the Hybrid is amazing! The support is awesome, we wake up with less pain. We are very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend T & N.

We love our Original queen mattress. Comfy, supportive, cool-sleeping in summer. I ordered a full size Original mattress for my daughter's bed, and she loves it. She uses a Tuft & Needle topper at college, too, and talked her brother into getting one, as well. We are all sleeping much better! Customer service has been phenomenal, and shipping super fast. Highly recommend the company and the Original mattress (plus the Toppers for college beds—though we don't use them with our Original mattresses at home, they are “just right" as they are.

I have the Original mattress. Bought it three months ago and just like the smaller size of the Original Tuft & Needle it has not failed. Great sleep, wonderful support. I do not wake up to any discomfort. Quality sleep indeed. Another great feature is that I am not disturbed when the other person gets in and out of bed. Well worth the money. And one more thing, the base frame (box frame) is the simplest I have seen. I love it because you can break it down when you move instead of it being so boxy. Great job team at Tuft & Needle, we thank you.

I waited till the 99th day of my trial period to post this review. I don't think I will be returning my Mint Mattress . After trying many mattresses before this purchase, this one is the best. My wife and I have back problems, she just had major surgery. This one worked out fine for both of us. She is now facing shoulder surgery and was having pain while sleeping on her side. We decided to try the Topper. Works like a charm. All but eliminated the pressure on her shoulder and actually made it more comfortable for me. We will be buying another T&N Mint for a summer home!

I ordered because it looked like they would take care of things if anything went wrong, or we just didn't like the bed. One part of the frame was damaged in transit and they sent out a replacement with no hassle. The mattress and frame have been great for the most part, though I wish there was a side rail like there is at the foot of the bed, to keep our split king from sliding so far apart. That's the reason for a missing star - I'm not the first to complain about the slipping. Still, I'd order from them happily again - no product is perfect. But I hope they add a side rail.

I bought my Mint mattress in May, and 7 months later I continue to be thrilled that I bought it! I am a plus size girl and didn't know that a memory foam mattress could offer such comfortable support- really, just enough sink to feel a bit cushy, but always feel supported by the mattress. One thing that sold me is the mattress' 10 year guarantee, it is really solid. I also don't anticipate using it. I am really happy to be a Tuft N Needle customer- everyone at the company was great. I worked with customer service and always had positive interactions! I would highly recommend the Mint to anyone!

I have been experiencing neck and back discomfort for the past 6 months. So I have been making weekly visits to my chiropractor at ($36.00) per visit. When my son moved into his first apartment in July, I purchased an Original Mattress (queen size) for him and he loves it. He says he's sleeping better than ever. So I finally purchased a king size Original Mattress for my self just this week. I have slept on it for the past two nights. I am happy to report that my neck and back discomfort are gone. I don't believe much in miracles. But what I'm testifying about is real. Thank you Tuft and Needle for providing excellent products and outstanding customer service which all adds up to an excellent customer experience for me. B.Rob

We ordered our king-size Mint based on reviews that it was good for side sleepers. We figured, what the heck? If we don't like it, we can always return it and we have 100 nights to test it out. Even with COVID, the mattress arrived in about a week and was easy to carry up to our second floor and install. We slept on it the first night and experienced no odor. I do feel that it was firm in the beginning but has softened up a bit and both my husband and I are sleeping well with no pain. I'm happy to see that many added a mattress topper, which we may do in the future. I especially like that the sides don't collapse when you sit down on it. We kept our old box spring but may upgrade to the T&N box spring at some point. I highly recommend this company & this product. For comparison, we were sleeping on an 18-year old Sealy pillow top king mattress, we are both 49 years old and are average height & weight with no chronic pain or injuries.

We were initially very pleased with this mattress but that did not last much longer than a year. The sleep quality stated to diminish and then we began to notice that you had to "roll up hill" when moving to the center of the bed where no one usually sleeps (we have the Cali King). We tried rotating the mattress and even placing a blanket between the mattress and frame to raise the depressed areas. We are now 4 years in and the sleep quality is horrible. We measured the depressions in the mattress and they are a half inch...a quarter of an inch shy of what the limited 10 year warranty recognizes as an issue. We have been feeling like 80 year olds getting out of bed on the morning -stiff with back pain. We did an experiment Las night and let the kids sleep in our bed while we slept in theirs. Both my husband and I had a restful and refreshing night's sleep with no pain or stiffness. I absolutely do not recommend this mattress for anything longer than a year. You wouldn't think half inch depressions would make such a difference but when you lay in the center of our mattress, you can really feel the difference. Save your money and do your research for a quality, long lasting investment!

I bought it because it is supposedly the most convenient. I hadn't heard the best things when it comes to quality but because they had 1 day shipping on their site and I absolutely needed from the quickest one available, I went with Tuft & Needle. However, they just completely ignored that promise and I have been sleeping on the floor because of it. Customer support is horrible and when there are delays they promise to let you know updates and call you back but they don't, they just stall, stall, and stall, over and over again until hopefully the mattress arrives 2 weeks late. If they had been upfront and straightforward with the dates, I would have been able to buy a temporary cheap mattress, or gotten a hotel. But they kept promising it would come the next day or so. I chose this company because it advertised 1 day shipping, but the mattress has been sitting there and they just keep stalling. They promise to call back and don't call. I have never been treated like this by a company before, especially for something so important like a mattress. Sleeping without a mattress isn't very healthy. I can safely say that Tuft & Needle is the first company that has literally given me a really bad headache because of their negligence, false advertising, and support consistently passing out wrong information that now I can't even sleep for God knows how long. Stay away from it.

I had been sleeping on the same pillow top spring mattress for 21 years, yes I know, after 8 its time to replace... So I began the exhaustive search for a new mattress. I read a lot about foam mattress technology and I was curious. I compared at least a dozen of them online, reading and listening to customer reviews, and all roads lead me back to Tuft & Needle. The price was well within my budget. The Company communicated very well throughout the purchasing and delivery process. Delivery was timely and the mattress arrived in great condition. Tuft & Needle used a local vendor to remove and dispose of my old mattress in a timely manner as well. This service is free in California. I was able to open and set it up by myself and I utilized my existing box spring for support. The only odor I noticed was that of something new and to me it seemed fine. I let it expand for about 8 hours and then applied sheets and blankets. The Mint mattress' overall firmness was awesome with sturdy sides and I added a pillow top for just a little more cushion under my mattress pad and fitted sheet and it has been a fantastic addition! I sleep hot and the Mint sleeps cooler than my old mattress. I haven't slept this well in about 13 years! I love that I wake up refreshed and not with the sore back I had been accustomed to with my old and sagging mattress where I could actually feel the springs while I slept. I now look forward to going to bed! T&N, in my opinion, is a fantastic company with a fantastic product. I wish I could buy one for every member of my family. I am being 100% serious when I say I LOVE MY TUFT & NEEDLE MINT MATTRESS AND PILLOW TOP! Thank You Tuft & Needle.
