I love the Downlite Bedding, so comfy and excellent quality which is hard to find nowadays. The Customer Service is great & the prices are good for the quality your getting.

Easiest company I've ever dealt with. I LOVE their pillows but thought I needed 2 and when I decided to keep one and tried to return one, they refunded me and told me to donate it.

Unfortunately my pillow was too soft for me and I chose to return it. Downlite made it very easy, and actually said I could donate it or give it away! They also refunded me for my purchase. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you, Downlite!

Purchased a mattress pad after sleeping on one in a hotel. So comfy! Then I tried a couple of pillows, but they did not work out. After getting in touch with Downlite, they told me to just donate the pillows rather than send them back. Great customer service! Definitely would purchase from them again!

Downlite Bedding products and service are both outstanding. I have ordered pillows, comforters and sheets from them and every product has been well made, durable and arrived fast. It's hotel quality bedding at affordable prices. One of my other favorite aspects is that the company is here in the USA. Highly recommend.

I have purchased several things from Downlite. Two soft pillows which are great and 1 blanket, which I did not care for. I ordered four pillows to add to the one I had purchased previously from a retailer. Unfortunately, the density was different, so I requested a return. Rather than requiring me to return the pillows, I was told to keep or donate them. What generosity. I will find a good place for them. Thank you Downlite. I will definitely consider Downlite for future bedding. Heartily recommend.

Thank you Downlite! Not only do they have great products but their customer service is outstanding and they respond within a reasonable amount of time. I recently purchased my second down blanket from them and before I had a chance to use it I saw a newer one that was colossal size and would fit my bed much better. Even though it was past the 30 day return policy I tried to return the first one and I received the same response as everyone else, they gave me a refund and told me to donate the down blanket. I love the quality of them both but I don't think I could find the colossal one anywhere else. Both are lightweight warm and perfect for Florida temps.

What an AMAZING organization. I ordered two beautiful, very nice quality pillows from them. Unfortunately they were softer than I had imagined them to be so I requested a return shipping label. I no sooner asked for the shipping label when they emailed a very nice note saying that my refund is being processed and no need to return the pillows. Instead, they said to save the environment and my time I could donate the pillows to someone who could use them. I have never experienced this from any other company that I ordered from. Not only will I donate these pillows, but I will be sure to let everyone I know about this and I will definitely be a returning customer.

It's a shame there is a customer that had a bad experience out there. I am here to report that Downlite has an unbelievably generous and responsive customer service operation! I own several of their products and have nothing but good things to say product-wise. Recently I ordered 4 pillows, and about 2 hours later, was in a situation where I no longer needed them, and wished to cancel the order. When they were able to respond, they said there was nothing they could do to stop the shipment, but issued a FULL REFUND ANYWAY! They also suggested I donate the pillows to a charity of my choice. Bravo, Downlite! You have a customer for life, and I will recommend you any chance I get!

I was charged $110 through my credit card, the order was canceled. No refund has been sent. Contacted Downlite and confirmed there was no refund that had been sent back to my credit card. No refund ever showed up in my credit card statement and contacted them again. They emailed me and told me to contact my credit card company as it had been processed on their end. I contacted my credit card company and they have no record of a refund from Downlite. I have been emailed Downlite twice again about this issue and asked if they will verify with my credit card company their proof of the refund that had been processed. With my credit card company having no record of the refund, there is nothing I can do to prove it and get it returned into my account.

After sleeping on the pillows for two nights, the noise is that of crinkled paper. I couldn't be more disappointed and angry, no response from customer service as of today, (9/10). The website does not have a phone number and after clicking on the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) it popped up with address, etc. I have left a message on the provided phone number. I was so sure after reading all the wonderful reviews that these pillows would provide me with a great night's sleep. NOT THE CASE! I would like to know what you, as the ComplaintsBoard.com, are going to do to resolve this and get my shipping label and refund? My name and phone number have been provided in the form filled out with this complaint.

On 5/31 I purchased from their store on Amazon after staying at a hotel that used their bedding. I placed orders for 4 different items. All were questionable and/or defective. 1) Down alt comforter - came with a stain. They required me to pay for return shipping even though it came stained. Would not respond to emails asking why I was responsible for shipping when their item was damaged. 2) Down alternative pillows - packages came open. No response to my inquiries as to if they were returns or not - would not provide return label or a response. 3) Cooling mattress pad that was supposed to fit a 15" mattress. It would not even cover my 13" mattress. They issued a prepaid return label and refunded me, minus a 10% restocking fee even though their description was wrong. 4) Very expensive "white down" duvet - It came with many dark feathers inside that you could see and down was already coming out of the duvet. They also provided a return label for this but charged a 10% restocking fee.
