Excellent product! The sales representative was professional and knowledgeable. The mattress set was delivered as scheduled with two text message updates on the morning of the delivery. The delivery men were very courteous and required less than *** the frame. Very happy and would/will shop at Longs again.

Can't say enough how great the delivery went, texted me with a 2 hour window then again to say they would arrive in 10 minutes, arrival time was exact. The delivery men were Richie and Zeb, they were very polite and had the mattress set up in less than 10 minutes! Cory at the Avon store was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses, very professional. Thanks Bowles Mattress!

We have purchased 2 mattresses from Long's. Both experiences have been a pleasure. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and patient. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. They even helped us save some money by telling us that that bed frame that we currently had was adequate and they would refund our purchase price of the one we bought. We would highly recommend Long's Furniture World and Mattress.

This is my second experience with Long's. My first purchase was a Bowle's Mattress purchased from.the Greenwood store. My second purchase was from the Amityville store south of *** So far, both stores are batting ***! Long's have NEVER disappointed me. Salesman was friendly, courteous but low pressure. So happy that I went to this store and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress. Also, very glad I paid the extra for delivery. They acted as if it were no problem at all to remove the mattress from the upstairs bed, take the downstairs mattress upstairs and put the new mattress on the downstairs bed. It was a lot, but they just took it in their stride. Great job!

The mattress was received ahead of the expected delivery date by multiple weeks! The delivery was prompt. There were automated phone calls to the wife and me with anticipated delivery times and they were spot on. Kudos to the two delivery men. They had to maneuver a *** over a deck to the third floor loft because of a spiral staircase. The did this with a heat advisory day with it feeling like 94 degrees outside.Thank you!

The entire process of working with Long?s furniture and the purchase of our new mattress was so easy and an overall great experience. From the help we received in the store picking out our mattress to the delivery, everything was top notch and very professional. In fact as soon as the delivery men left our house I sent my husband a message telling him it was the best delivery/purchase experience I had ever had! We replaced two bedding sets and are very satisfied with Long's Mattress Greenfield! We stopped by the store and talked with Chris three times before we decided to purchase. Previously, we had been misguided twice by other stores so we had several concerns to be resolved. He was very patient with us. We tried out various models and after watching our reclining styles & listening to us, Chris was able to guide us in selecting the correct mattress. Now we enjoy restful nights & ache-free mornings.

Had a good experience both in-store and with delivery of mattress and foundation. Have slept 2 nights on the Tahoe 11 and believe it is going to be a good choice. Appreciated the information the in-store associate shared about the different types of choices and his help with what we were wanting. The delivery men were polite and also explained the initial breaking in process with rotating and turning the mattress. Overall very satisfied at this point and have recommended your product to a friend.

Justin and Kyle were amazing. They were extremely polite and kind. They were unset that they had to move my existing king bedroom set to the loft area. When they found out they said it wasn?t a problem at all. They handle everything professionally and were very cautious about moving everything. They truly were the best delivery gentleman I have ever had. They even took their shoes off while in the house. They did an amazing job and because of how wonderful they were I gave them a tip because they EARNED IT! Thank you !

I would rate them with a 5. The man who sold us the bed taught us a lot about what we need to look for. I had looked up what to look for and he was honest and most helpful. We shopped at several mattress stores and often felt pressured, but not with Longs. We had our bed delivered today and they called first, we're prompt and efficient. They removed our old bed and there were no scratches on walls or damage to anything going up the stairs and having to maneuver some sharp corners. The whole experience was beyond expectations. I'd rate them with a perfect score.

I dont recommend this place. The mattress you receive is much different than you try in the store. Also, they dont keep their word. They stress several times you can try it for 90 days and if you don't like it return it - that's a lie! My mattress was as hard as a brick when i received it - I picked the one supposedly with extra padding and soft.. I wanted to return it immediately and they wouldn't let me. Also, the owner is extremely rude and very mean. He admitted lots of people ask to return it because its too hard and he won't let them even though the salesmen tell you its ok before you by it. BiG LIARS AND BAD QUALITY!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY FROM *** AT LONG'S MATTRESS. For many years, I have tried to make a one-side mattress work, but continued to have hip and knee pain and had to keep getting another mattress or topper, etc. *** took a lot of time to listen to my needs and address my concerns. He actually recommended an adjustable bed, based on my liking to watch tv in bed and now, finally I have the picture perfect mattress and base. His attention to detail and follow-up care is the best I have ever seen.Also, *** and *** were exceptional delivery personnel. They were very patient with me with my questions and concerns. They were very efficient and professional. I had been wanting a two sided mattress for some time and visited Holder but would highly recommend Longs, especially ***, over Holder.

From beginning to the end of our furniture buying process, Long?s Furniture was amazing. Our salesman was Bryan and he couldn?t have done a better job. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, which was important because I had a lot of questions. Buying furniture is a big commitment because you?re going to have it in your home for a long time and not once did I feel like Bryan was pressuring us to make an immediate purchase. The first time we visited we told him we were in the ?just looking? phase of our search. Most salesmen would walk away immediately because they figure your not worth their time. Bryan, however, asked open ended questions, waited for our answers and actually listened as we spoke. Before we left, Bryan gave us brochures on the furniture brand we liked, which is handmade using solid wood, no veneers or particle board, and he broke down the cost of each piece and the total cost we?d have. We?d already been to Value City and put down a $50 deposit on a sectional while we were ?just looking? in order to lock in a discounted price. We were going to spend $4500 for just that sectional. On our way home we decided to stop at Long?s and I?m SO grateful we did. For $4200 we were able to buy a sectional, another couch, and 2 rocking chairs. All made in the USA. The quality is far superior and the warranty on the cushions (10 years!) alone is outstanding. At no time did we feel pressured by Bryan to buy. He was wonderful. The furniture was delivered today and I couldn?t be more thrilled! The pieces are gorgeous and very comfortable. The delivery men were very cautious, making sure to put a packing blanket on the side of the door to make sure it was protected. They were mindful of my wood floors and protected them as well. They were wonderful. I would most definitely, 100% recommend you buy from Long?s Furniture. You can buy custom furniture for less than or equal other furniture places.
