Luxury Mattress & Furniture I still haven't receive my purchase since Nov 4th 2023

This company is a scam! I made a purchase since November 4th 2023, it was updated to in processing since Nov 6th 2023, I still haven't receive my purchase till now. I sent emails, no one responded to my emails, I called there customer service line no one is picking and they keeping advertising everyday on social media, keeping taking peoples money...

Luxury Mattress & Furniture Purchase a sectional in February this year and was told some pieces may be in stocks or others may need to be ordered

Purchase a sectional in February this year and was told some pieces may be in stocks or others may need to be ordered. I was given a time frame up to 12 weeks to expect this delivery. The company has never called to give me any type of updates or let me know that I didn't just waste $2,500 on nothing. I've called several times to ask for updates and have been given the runaround or told to wait the 12 weeks and they seem to be annoyed that I'm even asking. It has been passed the 12 weeks now and I continuously call them and receive no answer during business hours. Why would they tell someone to 2to 12 weeks if they know they don't want to be bothered till at least 12 weeks wouldn't it make more sense to stay 12 week minimum for delivery? Either way they have $2,500 of mine and I have nothing in return, I don't know how long they expect me to sit around and wait on an empty promise.

Luxury Mattress & Furniture On 6/19, I went to Luxury Mattress and Furniture to purchase a sofa

On 6/19, I went to Luxury Mattress and Furniture to purchase a sofa. The Salesman, Stephen assisted me. He showed me a picture of a sofa in a catalog that he just got in stock and could be delivered on 6/22. I asked him if I could see it in person and he stated that was not possible because it was still in the box. He did show me a sofa in the showroom. He stated "it is the same manufacturer and fabric, just in a blue color instead of grey." I purchased the item with my Discover card. The delivery was scheduled 6/22 between 10-1200. It was delivered today 6/22 @ 330pm and it was definitely NOT the same fabric. I called him immediately and he stated "That is what you ordered and there is nothing I can do" He refused to give me his supervisor's information. He refused to admit any fault. He refused to refund. He offered zero solutions. I requested a return and refund. He refused. I also emailed the company and haven't received any response.

On or about July 20th we were shopping for a complete living room furniture set. We visited Luxury Mattress and Furniture, after viewing their selection, we inquired if a certain set was in stock, as moist of the stores we visited had anything we wanted in stock. Salesman Austin, told us yes set was in stock, delivery to our home would be in 3 weeks, We decided to purchase set. On or about August 15th we were informed our furniture was set for delivery. On delivery day we were informed our set was out for delivery. When delivery personnel arrived they brought in loveseat, recliner, and then were closing up truck to leave. I stopped them and asked where our couch was to complete set? Delivery people said they had no idea, but it was not on their truck. We were never told our couch was not included? I called store to inquire why are furniture was not delivered as a set, and why we were not informed that "all" of our set was not delivered, to which they said our couch was delayed. After bi-weekly phone calls between us, we were always told in 2 weeks it would be in stock. Sometime in mid October, on a bi-weekly call between Luxury Mattress and ourselves, we were informed that they had no idea when couch would be in stock. We inquired about returning pieces they had delivered, and getting a full refund if they could not fill order, but nothing was decided, just discussed. Employee "Austin", for some unknown reason cancelled order for couch without our permission, just not sure why. On our next bi-weekly phone call I questioned why our couch had been cancelled, to which "Austin" said we told him to cancel. This simply makes no sense, why would we cancel, yet not seek a refund? The order was re-submitted that day, but we were informed that there would be a delay again? on or about Jan. 7th, 2021, on a bi-weekly call "Nicole", informed us "Austin" would no longer be dealing with us on this matter? But employee "Nicole" told us our couch was actually on a truck, and would be delivered either Jan. 13th, or 20th, 2021. I called and left a voicemail on Jan 21, 2021 inquiring about our delivery, to which we got no response. We have yet to have any response from Luxury Mattress as of this writing.
