On 30 April 2022, after attending an invitation, we submitted a $12,668 check for TS Relief Group to assume the duties of releasing my wife and I from our Westgate ownership with a 100% guarantee refund if unsuccessful within 365 days. As yet, no success. They refused my phone call and mail correspondence. Tried complaining with BBB and the promised them that they would reach out to us but never did.

Desired outcome: Would like the timeshares exit complete or receive my refund as promised.
