Purchased a car through TruWorth Auto Kokomo and the extended warranty as well to ensure the vehicle was covered. Within 3 months, the car was overheating and I had it towed to the dealership per the warranty company. They told me that I needed an engine replacement and that the warranty company wasn't covering it because I failed to change the oil even though I hadn't driven it 7k miles. When I signed the dotted line, they assured me that the car had a complete overhaul on mechanics and I shouldn't have any problems, but I had to have them replace the coolant overflow. After the car was towed, they told me that they would pay 50% of the cost. They also warned me that if I were to contact a lawyer, they would stop all communication with me. They ignored my phone calls and have not returned my messages. I have contacted the attorney general on the matter and haven't heard anything thus far. I just want the issue resolved and the car loan paid in full for faulty products and false advertisement.

I purchased a vehicle from TruWorth Auto Kokomo on August 7th. However, on September 3rd, the car was unexpectedly taken away. I contacted the car company, and they were unsure why it was taken as there was no information in my file. To further investigate, I reached out to my financial company, only to discover that I do not have an account with them. Surprisingly, when I informed them about the car, they confirmed that it was still on the lot. However, due to the holiday, I was instructed to wait until Tuesday to speak with someone. It turns out that my car was repossessed by TruWorth Auto, as they claimed their bank would not pay for the vehicle. Strangely, they initiated the repossession on August 13th without ever informing me about it. I had put down $3800 for a car that I was not supposed to have, as I was never approved for it. Now, they are refusing to refund my money and have given me the runaround, even though they were aware of what happened to my car since that Friday when they initiated the repossession. This situation has taken advantage of me, causing me to miss work and potentially jeopardize my job. TruWorth Auto should have handled this matter differently and in a more professional manner.
