company reviews website
This company is obviously in the business of posting fake reviews for scam and rip-off companies. If you post a real 1 star review they will email you and say they need solid proof that you used the company or they won't post your review. And when you email them a copy of a Paid PayPal Invoice they email you back saying that's not good enough. That i...
Read full review of Trustpilotthe company took large sum for nothing
I won’t definitely suggest anyone to use the services of the company www.trustpilot.co.uk. They charge for two much sum, but in result they didn’t provide anything at all. Their services were terrible and unprofessional. They lie too much and tell untruth about their services and deals. They overcharged us for large sum and we have no proof and couldn’t return money back. Stay as far as possible from these people.
they lie and scam
I won’t recommend anyone to use the website www.trustpilot.com. I spoke with the rep before I agreed to deal with them and it seemed that they were professional and intelligent, because they fooled me and stole large sum of money from me. But everything what they told me about the job and services were total blah-blah. People, avoid these people at all costs and don’t trust them, because they lie without batting an eyelash.
all my posts were deleted
I wanted to post negative review on the website www.trustpilot.co.uk. I saw that one guy posted negative reviews about the companies and everything was ok. I several times tried to post it, but moderators simply deleted it. I sent several emails to the moderators and asked about it. But they haven’t replied and blocked me at all. The worst situation and better be careful if you decide to post something on this website.
my order hasn't been sent at all
I bought stunning dress from the website www.trustpilot.com. The website is real scam, ‘coz they got my payment and provided the confirmation info with the tracking number. I checked it, and it turned out that my order was still in the warehouse. I sent multiple emails to the seller and asked when they would send it, but no one replied. No idea what to do next. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
moderators removed my comment and didn't reply to my messages
I read news and comments on the website www.trustpilot.co.uk. But once I decided to post my review. I joined the website and posted the comment, but they immediately removed it. It was bad, but I wanted to warn other people. I tried to reach the moderators, but no one replied to my messages and emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
act like a spobsors puppet
Trustpilot requested i send them proof of purchase with WorldRemit
I had written a scathing review of WorldRemit which I will include after
My Review was deleted after WorldRemit accused me of not being a customer. To which Trustpilot had no hesitation in agreeing to.
Despite they already having received my Proof.
Ironically...but not surprisingly...WorldRemit are a paying customer of theirs. Unlike myself who is just a nobody and of no monetary value to them.
I have emailed my complaint to Trustpilot and have received virtually a blank email from them. So its obvious the mentality is...Ignore something long enough and it should go away ! HOW SAD !
I have not started doing a number on them yet and I have given them 30 hours to PLEASE EXPLAIN !
Then they might find that I DON'T GO AWAY EASILY !
IF YOU REQUIRE PROOF OF DEALINGS WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANIES JUST EMAIL ME AND I WILL FORWARD THEM TO YOU
Thanks Paul
Here is the Review I posted:
To write all my issues with WorldRemit would make this posting as long as War and Peace. There are, however, some similarities to Tolstoys's book.
I am AT WAR with WorldRemit and i dont foresee any PEACE.
I have tried to contact these INVISIBLE people on many occasions to resolve a money transfer matter.
* NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS
* AN ANSWERING SERVICE FOR THEIR AUSTRALIAN NUMBER
* AN AUTO MATED ANSWERING SERVICE THAT SENDS YOU IN CIRCLES UNTIL YOU GET SO DIZZY YOU JUST HANG UP
* THEN THIS SERVICE SUGGESTS YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO WHICH YOU GET NO RESPONSE
This was my first experience with these people...definitely my last.!
I doubt this matter will ever be resolved.
MY ONE WORD OF ADVICE...STAY WELL CLEAR OF WORLDREMIT !
Maybe a name change is in order...Try...World REGRET...its more suited to the way they handle customers.
trustpilot pricing review b2b
In my opinion Trustpilot pricing for their b2b is a pure money extortion enterprise. Trustpilot own users have commented that Trustpilot is a breeding ground for negative reviews, which companies then must pay to respond to. It is a common knowledge that Trustpilot allows unscrupulous customers to lie & blackmail companies. See http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.trustpilot.co.uk . Trustpilot incorrectly ranks some of the most successful and reputable companies in the UK and around the world as "Very bad with unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct" – Example British Telecom, see http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.shop.bt.com
There are plenty of really reputable and genuine websites who are being silently blackmailed by Trustpilot to take up its paid service which is the only way to prevent fake and negative reviews. Trustpilot knows that customers are most likely to leave only negative reviews and this includes fake reviews especially from the competition. Reality is that very few happy users ever leave any kind of review. I have had 1st hand experience of all this as plenty of my clients are being targeted by this nasty money extortion venture and are asking me for advice. Trustpilot CEO Peter Holten Muhlmann should be arrested for fraud in my opinion and if its investors SEED Capital and Northzone really knew what’s going on I am sure they would have not invested in this scam. One can only hope that the authorities will take them down soon.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
www.trustpilot.com I left a review about L.V car insurance and I included the words racist and liar. They removed the review as they said I could not use those words. I removed those words but they still would not publish my review. This is not an independent review site.

Dear khosro,
Thank you once again for getting back in touch with Trustpilot regarding your review of lv.com.
I understand that you have been in contact with one of our Support Agents regarding this matter.
As previously stated, on Trustpilot it is totally fine to be unsatisfied with your buying experience, and we also strongly believe that everybody should feel welcome on our site. However we don’t allow any potentially defamatory statements in reviews or company answers. One such liar of a website is trustpilot, I thought anybody could get on it and write reviews but oh my god they only let good reviews on their website and write fake good review...
