Manager Adam Lasley of TruGreen located in Columbia, MO knowingly allowed me to mix and use pesticides and other hazardous chemicals with no PPE or formal training. This is recognized by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. This negligence led to my documented illness. TruGreen, their private counsel and counsel for Gallagher Bassett, as well as staff from AIG all deny my injury and have prolonged resolution... despite verifying documentation. TruGreen became aware of my declining health and sent me on SAL before terminating me for "attendance"... AFTER my disability leave ended. TruGreen HR generalist told me this wouldn't have happened if I did not apply for disability leave while on seasonal active leave. TruGreen and their TPA have declined to allow me to see a medical provider. They have also failed to produce SDS forms while I battled my illness. AIG/GB/TruGreen staff allege that they believed I only needed the SDS forms to prove chemical exposure. I actually needed the SDS forms in order to check my symptoms against the ones listed on the relevant SDS forms, and to assist my provider in understanding the risks and outcomes of the relevant chemical exposure. To this day, I have not been able to retrieve the SDS forms or see a provider in time to make a solid conclusion and I have no idea about the long-term effects.
Desired outcome: full cooperation. cease delaying resolution. Honesty and accountability.
