So, I went to the mall the other day and this young dude at a kiosk for Truffoire got me to buy their White Truffle Facial Peeling lotion and Black Truffle Instant Repair. I was hesitant at first because it was pretty pricey, but he was real smooth with his pitch and got me to take the bait. But as soon as I left the mall, I started to regret my decision and went back to ask for a refund. The same guy was there and he convinced me to at least give it a try. He said, "you only gotta use it once a week and this will last you a whole year." So, I thought, "what the heck, might as well try it out."

But, after using it a few times, I realized that the results only lasted for a day or two. So, I went back to the kiosk to ask for a refund. But this time, there was a different person working there and they pointed out that the receipt said, "No Refunds." I was so mad because the first guy straight up lied to me. I felt like I got scammed.

But, since I was stuck with the products, I decided to use them anyway. I followed the instructions and used a small dot of the Black Truffle Instant Repair for each eye. But, I only got about 5 uses out of the tube before it was empty. I was not happy at all.

Overall, I would not recommend Truffoire to anyone. The products are way too expensive and the results don't last long. Plus, the salespeople are not trustworthy and will say anything to get you to buy their stuff. Save your money and find a better skincare brand.

So, I recently bought a syringe from Truffoire (truffoire.com) and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with it. The thing is, it didn't work as well as it did in the store. I mean, who wants to deal with a store that won't stand by their product?

So, I went to this home show in Tampa and this guy from Truffoire approached me to try out their product for my under eye bags. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a shot. And let me tell you, it worked wonders! I was so impressed that I ended up buying a tube of their white truffle eye serum.

The guy promised me that if I used it once a day for a week and then once a week, it would last me a whole year. But let me tell you, that was not the case. I tried to be frugal with it and only applied what they told me to, but the results didn't last a week. And before I knew it, the tube was gone in just two months. I was so disappointed because I really loved the product and would have been happy to buy more if it lasted longer.

I can't help but wonder if maybe I only got half a tube, or maybe even the one they were using to demonstrate the product. I mean, their skin (both young men) was extremely tight, so who knows? But regardless, I still think it's a great product. I just wish it lasted longer.

I recently bought some products from Truffoire, which is a store located in the Canal shops at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The salesperson told me that my products would be shipped to my home, but I only received part of my order. I was supposed to get a led light therapy wand and a rebate voucher for it, but I haven't received either of those things yet. It's been over a month and a half, and I've already been charged over $6000.00 for these products.

The products that I did receive were small and watered down. They weren't the same quality as the products that were used on my face in the Truffoire store. The salesperson told me that the products would last for two years, but that wasn't even close to accurate. Even when I used tiny amounts of these products, they only lasted for about six months. The products also have a terrible smell, and the rapid fix gel clumps up even when I use a small amount. The moisturizer and vitamin C cleanser are also watery.

I've tried contacting the store, the website, and the Lionesse company, which is the party that billed my card, but I haven't gotten any resolution. I would advise anyone to be careful when dealing with this product line. The products are subpar, and the customer service is a scam. I would recommend sticking with reputable lines like Rodan and Fields instead.

So, my younger bro went to the mall to buy some Christmas gifts with a tight budget. But, he got ripped off by the Truffoire store at the Braintree South Shore Plaza, MA, USA. The store clerks and the manager were dishonest and immoral. They tricked him into buying something that was supposed to be on a "deal" but ended up costing him $170. The worst part is that he didn't even get what the clerk promised him. The whole experience was unprofessional and unethical.

When he asked me if the product was good for our mom, I told him no because she had an allergic reaction to a test sample from the same store last year. The clerks were outside the store, trying to rub lotion on any woman that walked by. My mom's reaction was so severe that she had painful hives for a week. When my brother tried to return the item, he was told that they don't accept returns of any kind. Even though he hadn't left the mall, opened the items, or removed them from the bag. The manager gave him some bull$#*! response about filing paperwork for a refund, and since it's an international company, it probably wouldn't go through for months. When my brother got frustrated and tried to leave the store, the manager wouldn't let him go without taking the product with him. She chased him down the hallway of the mall and threw the product at him so that he wouldn't leave it behind.

My brother filed a complaint with mall security, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the local police station, and mall security. I will also be blasting this bull$#*! company online until my brother's money is returned. Happy $#*!ing holidays.

I recently visited Truffoire in Hilton Hawaiian Village shops and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I made the mistake of letting the salesperson, Pablo, try products on me and ended up purchasing $2500 worth of products. The sales pitch was high pressure and I felt very uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, I agreed to a free red/blue laser treatment in the back room. While I did see some improvement, the hard sell continued and I was pressured into purchasing even more products for a total of $7200. I was hesitant and tried to Google the company for reviews, but was unable to due to poor wifi connection.

After leaving the store, I immediately called my credit card company to dispute/cancel the transaction. I also emailed Truffoire to cancel my order and sent pictures of my red and irritated face. However, I received no response and was unable to find a phone number for the store.

The next day, I woke up with a burning sensation on my face and around my eyes. I sent more pictures and called the customer service number on my receipt, but was told to call the store directly. When I finally reached the store, the manager was short and unhelpful. Pablo also seemed clueless and promised to provide me with a tracking number, but never followed through.

To make matters worse, the products were shipped despite my requests to cancel and refund my money. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company and have received several complaints about the store from other customers.

Overall, I would not recommend Truffoire and urge others to stay away. The sales tactics were high pressure and the products caused irritation and discomfort. It's important to do your research and listen to your instincts before making any purchases.

I purchased some eye creme and other items from retailer in Kona, HI. While I was on vacation. Of course I was lured in by a consultant who offered me a free treatment which would remove lines and puffiness from my eyes. It seemed to make an improvement, so I went ahead with their offer, several hundred dollars in products. The next day I had an allergic reaction where my eyes were itching and watering. When I returned home later that week I contacted the number on my receipt and could not reach anyone, so I left a message. I never heard back after several days, so I kept calling. Finally a guy answered "Hello." I thought maybe I had the wrong number. He advised me that my reaction must have been caused by the sun, not the product. He advised me to open it and try it again and that he would refund me if there was still an issue, I did the next day and had the exact same reaction. I could never reach him again after many attempts. I then tried Truffoire customer service by email, who advise me that they would try to reach the Kona location. They responded several days later saying that someone would be contacting me from the store. I never heard back, so I kept trying the phone customer service, but they kept saying that they could not help since it was purchased from a retailer. I eventually reached someone a couple of weeks later who said they would refund me for the purchase, after I explained. They even transferred me to a validation service to provide my credit card for the refund. This made me nervous, but I went ahead. It's been over 2 months now and no refund ever appeared. I kept trying to reach customer service with no success. Eventually I received a message saying that their number could not be reached from my calling area. My emails have also gone unanswered.

Do yourself and avoid this company at all costs. If you are not satisfied or have a bad reaction to their products, they will not stand by it.

I mean, who wants to spend hours on their skincare routine when you can just use one product that does it all? Truffoire's products are amazing and they really work. I've noticed a huge difference in my skin since I started using them.

Despite this, I was pleased with the product and was considering placing an order. However, I decided to do some research on the company before making a purchase. To my surprise, I found out that the representative at the booth was trying to overcharge me by a significant amount.
