Hi, I'm writing to request that I receive my certificate of completion, as I need the physical copy of said certificate to have on display as proof of completion. Let me explicitly state that I extremely enjoyed this course, so I was absolutely surprised to learn that, I had to pay an additional $9 to receive the certificate! However, online when you read the description outline where it reads"This course includes "in the last paragraph an Icon that looks like a trophy, next to that is says certificate of completion. I purchased this course with the beliefs that the certificate was included in the original payment, but if the certificate was a separate fee it shouldn't be included in the description as it is misleading or giving the expectation that after completion you would automatically receive the certificate. Maybe if it states clearly that for a separate fee, the certificate can be obtained/downloaded.
