Tropical Smoothie Cafe review: Missing items while ordering through their app
Company points to store who points to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, because I ordered through them I have no one to correct missing items.
Door dash doesn't answer to me because im a 3rd party. No way to get items corrected no way to get things redelivered its just full lost on the customer.
No means of even talking to them about missing orders they have physically taken their contact page down and left it with a page of WHOOP its on you.
I do not think I can honestly do business with them knowing that I have No METHOD of correction as the company points to the store who says welp can't help.
Claimed loss: Missing Java smoothie.
Desired outcome: Missing Item Replacedand a system put into place to mitigate missing items.
