I had booked a ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangalore on 28 September 2022.

On 13 Oct I got a mail saying that VIETJET airways had canceled the flight.

In spite of repeated requests,the refund has not been made yet.

Could you please help me in the refund process as I have to book another ticket?

Desired outcome: Refund of the Ticket amount, please.

I am contacting you regarding my Kuala Lumpur – Muscat ticket. The flight was cancelled by your company, and I have all the proof of this cancellation.
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid, without any deduction for cancellation or modification fees, as the cancellation was not due to my fault.
