Tripair / Altair Travel They still didn't refund me after a year

I booked 2 tickets on 10 Feb 2020. The flight was cancelled. Carrier firm (Turkish Airlines) claim that they have refunded the money back to the travel agency (Tripair) and they are supposed to refund the money to me.

Can't reach Tripair by any means; they don't respond to emails and phone lines are cut, nobody picks up, some numbers they have don't even ring. I also have a refund application number: [protected]. They said earlier that the refund would take around 6 months. It has been like a year and still nothing, even though they got the money back from carrier a lot before.

They scam people. Do not do any kind of business with these people.

Tripair / Altair Travel Promised refund for cancelled trip which has not materilised.

I had 6 return tickets booked for a flight to the 6 nations game in Italy in March 2020, cancelled due to Covid.

I have received several emails from Tripair stating my refund has been authorised and should be with me in several weeks, but it still has not materialised!

I have all emails available to evidence.

Tripair / Altair Travel No answer on my mails, no answer on the phone, nothing

Dear,

I have make a reservation of a flight with tripair altair travel with emirates to oman.

Departure end of october till 10 november.

For emirates, make a cancellation is not a problem, but the big problem is, that tripair doens't give any answer on my mails, I can not have them on the phone, no answer on the mails and this for more then 2 months.

What can I do? What are the possibilities to obtain our money?

I hope that you can help me with this problem?

Tripair / Altair Travel Flight reservation [protected]

I bought a return trip from Lisbon to Athens from Tripair. Now the first leg of our return flight (Athens to Milano) was cancelled by the airline TAP who is telling me that Tripair need to change our booking to one day later. Despite several requests to do so Tripair is doing nothing. Their online contact form does not work and when I call them the call disconnects after a few seconds. What can I do?

Tripair / Altair Travel They don't answer on telephone or email.

I bought two tickets via tripair. My flights were cancelled because of Corona. More than 4 months I have been trying to contact tripair to transfer my money back. They have not answered any of my emails. The line all the time busy. Sometimes I call them more than 40 times per day but all the time the line is busy. I really started to go to the court to complain about tripair.

Tripair / Altair Travel No response from customer service at all

I've been writing more than 5 emails to [protected]@tripair.com to follow up my refund status. It supposed to be settled in April 2020. However, the customer service totally ignored my emails and didn't reply to me feedback submitted online. I'm totally disappointment with the service provided by tripair. I will never book via tripair again! !

Tripair / Altair Travel The flight is cancelled by mea airlines from 29th april 2020 I asked for refund more than 10 times with any cooperation

I reserved (02) tickets by tripair agency and the flight is cancelled by MEA airlines (Operator) from 29th April 2020.
I asked for refund more than 10 times with any cooperation (many complaints by their system without any answers.

I have another ticket through same Airlines (MEA) but I buy it direct with MEA, and the flight is cancellled, MEA refund full amonut of the ticket without any charge fees.
Now, Please I need to refund my money to avoid any more loses of my money.

Tripair / Altair Travel No response and not processing refunds

I booked 2 tickets for my parents from Delhi-SFO traveling May 11 and return June 22nd. The flights never took off due to Covid. I spoke to the airline ( Air India) in this case and asked them if they could process the refund. They told me that there would be a cancellation fee and the rest of the amount will be sent back to tripAir. I have been writing to them every week and get no response in regard to this subject. Can you pls check if I will get my refund. TripAir ref number is [protected].

back from Hamburg to Salzburg 29.4. - OS172

I didn't get any information - really nothing - no cancellation? the aeroport in Salzburg is closed.

What about the EUR 241, 94 what I paid by creditcard on the 18th of Oct. 2019

Please inform me as soon as possible how you will handle this cancellation

Tripair / Altair Travel Canceled flight but no help from customer care

My flight is canceled by airline, so I am trying to reach travel agency to short out the issue. I have tried to reach via phone or email but no response. I just wanted to be clarified about my ticket cancellation or refund. My flight is on 7th of April, but still I am waiting for call back by agency for confirmation or what is the next step. Airline clearly maintained to contact your travel agency as soon as possible.

Tripair / Altair Travel Lack of service around refund of flights

On the 24th of February, I booked a return flight from Melbourne, Australia to Warsaw, Poland. My departure flight from Melbourne was scheduled for the 3rd of April, 2020 with the return flight from Warsaw on the 8th of May, 2020. Please see the flight references below or refer to the attached invoice:

The incident has happened on Sat, April 13- Sun, April 14 2019.

Tripair / Altair Travel I didn't receive anything from them.

I booked flight Departure on 4th October and I want to change my flight I send email request for change flight on 26th September. They're send Flight amendment cost analysis and I can't paid change fees on time because I didn't receive OTP code for paid from them website. I check with my bank account about that but I found that I didn't receive OTP code because from mistakes of them website.

I try hard to contact to them many times and many way for postpone my flight, Reply them email for told about problem, send request email again and call to them many times But I still don't receive anything from them

And now I still can't change or cancel my flight and Tomorrow is a time for my departure...[censored]!

Hello, my name is Ecaterina Turcanu, I made a booking flights reservation on 11.09 for flights from Hamburg to Copenhagen, flights and dates 23.11-25.11, but I haven't received any reservation details by email. The amount of 129.55€ has been withdrawn on 11.09, but I haven't received any booking details.

Tripair / Altair Travel customer care support

I received an email on the 16 of June saying that my flight with with TripAir had been cancelled and I had been booked onto another flight. This is understandable, and flight changes are not always the fault of the Travel Agent. Unfortunately, this email went into my spam folder as it was sent from Petras and not Trip Air. Again, something that happens.

What disappointed was the customer service when I requested to cancel the flight as the dates would no longer be suitable for travel.

She was incredibly rude, kept telling me I could only cancel through email, and chastised me for not replying earlier and informed me my request was no longer 'urgent' as I had failed to reply within the time limit. When I asked how long it would take to find out if it would be possible to have my flights cancelled, she interrupted me telling me I did not understand the situation. Eventually she hung up on me.

My friend booked the same flight through a different travel agent for the same price and received a full refund after making a request to cancel on the same day as me. She also received impeccable customer service.

Tripair / Altair Travel ticket full not appear only partially appeared

I booked a ticket from dubai to kochin and return on 19th may through tripair agenta onlinee. At the time of booking I entered correct name itself but in ticket first name not come full. My first name is muraleedharan pillai but in ticket its only appeared muraleedhar only. Ichecked with trip air they told that the name lenghth is big so its happened and they provided full name in remarks to airindia so I can travel. Please confirm there will be any problem for me to fly. I called dubai office and airport office since 2 days nobody answering call that means air india fooling customers providing contact numbers. Please confirm regarding my travel, full name already put as remarks by agent.

As there they put a remarks in the PNR, you will face no problem. Just remind the check-in staff about the remarks during check-in if asked.
