I made a booking for a treatment at my local salon via Treatwell i paid up front and don’t usually have a problem , however on this one occasion i was unable to make the appointment so cancelled this via Treatwell, this was on 16/12/24 and I still have not received my refund , the salon owner has also made numerous request for me to get back the money i paid ! i’m now considering Trading Standards as this is fraud
