So, I was looking to get my teeth looking nice and white for my upcoming wedding in June. I did some digging around and decided to give the Perfect Smile whitening kit a try. I ordered it on March 10th, 2022 and got it pretty quick. I charged it up and started using it, but after a week, I didn't see any difference in the color of my teeth. And then, to make matters worse, the darn thing stopped charging altogether and just stopped working. I still have two tubes of the whitening stuff left, but I can't use them without the device. I've tried emailing customer service three times to get a refund under their warranty, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

At first, I thought CRI Naturals was a pretty good website, but watch out for their promos that say you can save 40% if you upgrade from 2 bottles to 4. They charged me for both the 2 and 4, but they expected me to pay for the return shipping of the extra bottles that the website messed up on. The website didn't cancel the original choice and didn't let me know that it made two separate charges to my account. I didn't notice until a few days later when I didn't receive confirmation. When I checked PayPal, there were two charges. I emailed them right away, but they didn't answer. Three days later, I got two shipping notifications. I emailed them again, and then they finally responded the next day. They said they would discount the order or I would have to pay to return it. It's a total scam.

I bought 2 Estrovive bottles from CRI Naturals on X-XX-XX. They said it's 100% guaranteed within 90 days. I emailed and called them to return the unused pills or empty bottles for a refund, but no one got back to me. When I called, they said they can't help me right now and that a supervisor has to approve it, but they're all busy. I want my $58.34 refunded to my credit card because the product didn't work for me. It seems like a scam because they won't respond to my return/credit request. Don't order from this company! I wish I could give them less than one star.

This is a SHADY business. I ordered $215 in product and they tacked on extra charges totaling $576. This is not a legit company. When you call the number for the electric toothbrush, you get an automated voicemail about fish oil. I will dispute these charges via my credit card company.

I was blown away by how professional their customer service team was. I had trouble ordering their new Perfect Smile toothbrush product, and as soon as I emailed them for help, I got a response from a real person who took care of me. Hate to say it but that's a very rare experience nowadays!

Never got the tumeric.. paid $125. I also have unanswered emails. One that was answered noted that the item had been shipped and once I received it I could send it back. I got one tracking email that noted the tumeric had reached Elkridge MD on 11/6 with an apology about a delay. No resolution!

Do you love to be swamped with rambling email solicitations after you make a purchase and before your original order arrives? Do you love to make multiple phone calls to obtain return instructions? Do you enjoy being transferred multiple times to representatives trying to convince you to keep product? Do you love to receive endless inquiries for details about your order so the company can process your return? This is the company for you. I was so annoyed by marketing emails before I even received the product I wanted to return the product, unused. A complete hassle at all levels and a waste of my time. Buy a Panasonic or Oral B toothbrush.

They charged me too much for their products and now I'm trying to return them, but I can't get in touch with anyone. I looked online and saw that other people have had the same problem. I ordered on March 6th and they charged me $149.36 plus $95.98. I tried calling them, but the phone just hung up on me. I sent them four messages asking for help with returning the items and getting my money back, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

I bought 2 bottles of Estrovive from CRI Naturals on 3/30 for $57.87. They said they'd give me my money back if it didn't work, but I still haven't seen my refund. This is false advertising because they promised a 100% money-back guarantee within 90 days if the product didn't work, but they're not honoring it. It's not fair to give people so much trouble for a product they don't stand behind.

I got 4 Perfect Smile E-Brushes from CRI Naturals (2 for me and 2 as gifts). But, I gotta return 2 of them. I tried to get help on how to return them, but no one replied to my emails. I went online to order 3 bottles from CRI Naturals. They said if I ordered 6, I'd get a better deal, so I did. But then they charged me for 9! I'm 89 years old and on a tight budget, so this was not cool. I tried to cancel, but they said it was too late. When the pills arrived, there was no bill or receipt to show what I paid. I need this for my records so I can get a discount on my rent. They did say I could send the pills back, but why didn't they just cancel it in the first place?
