I reserved a hotel room for Niagra Falls Embassy Suites thru Travel UP on 9/22/2025 - one year in advance and paid $870.39 USD in at the time of the booking. When I arrived at the hotel on 9/16/2026 -the room was reserved, but no payment had been made and the hotel made me pay AGAIN.

I have been trying to contact them via email and phone for 24 hours with no response.

Claimed loss: 870.39 USD

Desired outcome: refund from Travel Up
