Travelocity review: Hotel reservation via Travelocity

I am a regular Travelocity customer, typically trouble free.

Issue: Travelocity advertised a hotel that did not comply with the advertised quality 4-star rating.
Travelocity was not able to help with canceling and finding another location.

December 9-to-13, 2025.
Reservation: 73130830018088
Merlin Hotel, Phucket, Hotel booked as a 4-start hotel was dirty, need lots of upgrades, bad restaurant, poor overall building condition.

Travelocity could not help with canceling my reservation as, the 4-star hotel is non-existent.

I did not get the hotel service/stay 4-star rating as advertised via Travelocity.

This has been a very frustating and dissapointing experience, I have planned a 35 year marriage anniversary from Michigan, USA to Phucket, Thailand to find a very frustrating hotel bad experience.

I want to get a refund.
