[Resolved] Travelgenioflight not refunded

Exactly the same happened to me. I booked two flights for my daughter and her friend. I was charged 1445.08 Euro for this on my credit card. Then the day before we had to fly on the 2nd of July, Travelgenio cancelled the flights. We had to rebook with another airline on the first available flight two days later, for 2000 Euro and also lost hotel fees for the first two days.

So far no reaction from Travelgenio about refunding the money.

  • Resolution Statement

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
